Shocking: Metal Piece Found in Food!As a regular customer of Bullritos at this location, I was deeply disturbed to find a metal piece in my recent meal. This not only ruined my experience but also poses a significant health risk.This serious issue raises serious concerns about their hygiene and quality control. Additionally, I was alarmed to discover that hot food is stored in plastic bags, and upon inquiry, the staff was unsure about the type of plastic being used. This lack of transparency regarding food safety practices is unacceptable. Regrettably, I won't be returning after this incident. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered two crispy veggie (tacos $3 each) through ritual. Chose couple toppings on each. They only gave me the toppings. No stuffing inside. No one cared when they made it, but they greeted as I entered “Welcome to Bullritos”.. for what? To get ripped off??! Reading other reviews, no wonder.. may be they figured it’s a ritual order (someone/somewhere) and not going to be a repeat customer. Unacceptable.

Nice spot in the tunnels for lunch on the go. Friendly staff and good portions. Line moves pretty fast during lunch rush.

I love this place. They serve large amount. I like the taste of all their ingredients i.e sauces and bean over Chipotle. Chipotle fan should try this chain. This place is vege lovers paradise.

This is a really solid burrito place. I'm already a huge fan of Chipotle and Cabo Bob's (in Austin), so I'm glad to have discovered Bullritos. I love their corn and cilantro aioli, and I also love how they have different flavors of tortillas. I would come again for sure!

It was amazing and the service was top if the line.
I called about 20 times to cancel my order. I couldn’t get thru I drove an hour round trip for them to tell me the phone wasn’t all the way on the hook so that’s why the didn’t get my call. Now I have to eat cold food ?
