This is the best Pho I've ever had. I've eaten Pho at so many other places, for several years, I've never found one that's even close. The broth has a flavor like no other, the best. My son lives in the Galleria area and can't find anything nearby that's nearly as good. He loves their Pho and says it's worth the drive.
I’m Viet American and the reviews are true - homemade chili oil is very good. They should sell it by the bottle! Pho broth had depth meaning it cooks on low simmer for hours. My friend was v impressed with how golden brown the dumplings turned out (his are always burnt black at home). A lot of Viet came through to eat which is a good sign it taste local and non-Viet dined there too. The bathrooms should be cleaner (walls, sink had a dead dried baby cockroach next to faucet).
A lot of tables were free to sit, but all with dirty dishes on them, we had to ask to clean one for us. Maybe because we went there on a Sunday and they didn't have enough personnel to help clean the tables.
