I live in Toronto, Canada, and had the opportunity to enjoy duck bamboo shoots at this restaurant.
In my opinion, I have never eaten duck bamboo shoot vermicelli this delicious. Vermicelli or vermicelli, duck meat, salad, even fish sauce are all very delicious.

I went with a Vietnamese friend and he said this is his favorite Duck Noodle Soup place. To my surprise steamed Duck came as a part of salad with a bowl of noodle soup. I opted for clear Mien (mung bean noodle) instead of the rice noodle. The duck didn’t smell gamey, and the sweet ginger dipping sauce was nice. I ordered large but it was too much food. Small is big enough for an average Asian man. They gave me a lot of food for the price as you might expect from our Chinatown...
