I asked for two empty bowls to share food with my girlfriend. A chubby gentleman in his 30s, wearing prescription glasses, standing around 6 feet tall and weighing over 200 pounds, dipped four fingers into the bowl and handed it to us. I told my girlfriend, “I don’t know if he cleaned his hands before giving us the bowl.”
About five minutes later, I caught him again using a paper towel to clean his face. He then used the same paper towel to pick his nose, wipe the sweat from his head, and clean around his neck. Witnessing this made my stomach churn and my throat feel tight, as if it had been punched. It was such a disgusting and unpleasant experience, especially for my first visit to this restaurant.
Your business would benefit greatly if you kept him in the back of the kitchen instead of letting him take orders with an unfriendly demeanor, wearing a shirt that says “ANTI SOCIAL.”
The rice is light and chewy. Bean vermicelli is not delicious

My mom and my grandma came in to have breakfast around 10 AM yesterday, which was Dec 2nd. My mom got served by a very rude lady; she’s around the age of 30 or older. She has no smiley face, she’s giving attitudes, which made my mom and my grandma feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My question is, you come to work, and your job is to satisfy customers, and you have to be professional to support your business, right? If you can’t provide that good customer service, then just quit and do something else; don’t just come to work and make people feel horrible. The food is PERFECTLY FINE as always, but sorry I definitely won’t take my family to this place anymore.

First time visit here I like all the foods
I have never written a bad review for any store. I especially like this restaurant because of the food. I live in San Antonio, every time I go to Houston I often stop by the store and buy a lot of togo items. Yesterday I called the restaurant to order and was told over and over again to put the pickles in the togo broken rice because I was afraid it would spoil. The restaurant also repeated the order and announced that the food would arrive in about 20-30 minutes because 6 servings of broken rice were a bit much. From the time I called to the time it arrived was just 30 minutes. Nothing would happen if I just waited about 10 minutes. But the restaurant doesn't wait for me to arrive before making food. Especially the long wait and 6 servings of broken rice without separate pickles. Even though I buy togo, I still give a tip, that's not it.
Such a bomb experience!! Owners were amazing and the food was reminisced of my trip to Vietnam!!

Very authentic, delicious, flavorful Vietnamese food if you are looking for something different than phở. We ordered the bún đạu mắm tôm, bánh khọt, and grilled scallops. #1 standout to me was how fresh tasting the organ meats were, which is a testament to how well they were thoroughly cleaned during preparation. We only came here during our vacation, but if we lived in the state we would be coming here every week!
Large menu with a great food variety! Lots of dishes that we don’t normally see at other restaurants. Good place!

My favorite place for Vietnamese food since they have a lot of options so it’s super convenient when I take my group of friends there and each of us has different choices. From noodles to rice to snails. They have so many to choose from the various menu. My most favs are: bún đậu mắm tôm, mì xào phá lấu, canh bún, bún thái, and bột chiên (they have the best bột chiên in town with the super crispy outsite).
The service is so so, not bad but not thing special.
They’re really busy on the weekend & holidays but wait time for food is just around 20 minutes.

Almost all the dishes here are good.
Service is a little short-staffed a lot of times when we came.
Overall, their foods are good!

As most people would know, you don’t go to a good Asian restaurant for splendid service. The staff is usually not very energetic nor attentive but it’s okay as long as you order everything you need in the first round ? my favorite dish to eat here is their pha lau- it’s rich and creamy in coconut milk.
