Had such a great experience at Bungalow! From start to finish, the service was warm and attentive — huge shoutout to our server, Emonie, who truly made the night feel special with her professionalism and friendly energy. We started with the lobster bisque, which was rich and comforting, along with a creamy seafood dip that was incredibly flavorful. The calamari was perfectly crispy, and the wagyu meatballs were delicious and satisfying. For the main course, the Prime Cajun Ribeye was phenomenal. The Oscar-style topping included fried asparagus, which was a first for me and absolutely worked — such a great, unexpected touch. The brûléed cream corn was an outstanding side, with the perfect balance of sweetness and a beautifully caramelized top. Everything this restaurant delivered on was knocked out of the park. This is now definitely in my top three steakhouses (sorry, Georgia James) and honestly may be my new number one. Combined with the music and overall atmosphere, it made for an amazing night. I also heard they may be moving to the old Sambucca location — if they add live music and the food and service stay at this level, that will be a huge win. We'll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to Bungalow to celebrate my wife's birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and hospitality were top-tier. Our server, Dvonia, was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt celebrated the entire night. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Everything came together to make the evening truly special. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Bungalow for any special occasion.

I only have this restaurant a 4 because they got my food wrong the first time and gave me a very rare steak , but after I got it fixed the food was amazing ! You have to try the seafood dip or wtv it’s called . The server was extremely nice and the environment and energy overall was top tier ! I do think they need to be a little better at managing people that get too drunk tho it kills the vibe . I had a very weird encounter with 2 very drunk females who wanted confrontation but I knew they were drunk so I didn’t say much . This place is too high end to allow these things to slip through

My salmon was completely raw. We were never met by a manager until the end when we realized the tab was not correct. Over $400 later, the manager stated “we didn’t order enough” for them to “take care of anything” - even though the meal i substituted the raw fish for was still on the tab. Distasteful customer service and way too overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend

I order Peruvian Chicken! It was a Cornish hen or a baby chicken! It was so small SMH disappointed! My food was cold! Definitely over priced the service does not match the prices! I enjoyed my mocktail! The bartender JT and waitress Monie were cool! Desk was nice;Took a long time for entree and for the check! We were celebrating a birthday and had another event to go to! Longest delay I ever experienced in service! Still waiting for the check!
