Used to love coming here but the service is so slow and always has been... they'll have your car towed before you have a drink in your hand. I wouldn't recommend parking here the food is good but not good enough to justify the $300 you will spend to get your car back.

Are here for the first time and it was great. The service was really good as was the food. I had the Wedge Salad and the Soup of the Day which was Beef Stew. It was yummy. I will for sure be back!

Watch your car if you step outside to talk on the phone don't walk to the sidewalk. Had a close call they are definitely getting a cut from the tows. No need to tow when the lot is at 20%

Lady with red hair working at the bar is extremely rude. I am partially deaf and she gave me a hard time for not hearing her when I stated my tabs name.

FIVE STARS!! We hosted a party with Bungalow Heights and cannot say enough good things about our experience. Upon arrival, all agreed upon details were already set up and management and staff were ready to assist with anything we asked. The food was served hot and on time! The drinks were delicious and the staff was fantastic! They accommodated all of our requests and made the whole event so smooth. No detail was spared. Thankful for their help in our special day. Would absolutely recommend for a party, special event, or just a toast with friends.

Do not go here ! Terrible business and owner. Went in as a paying customer. They towed my car for no reason ! After reading many reviews on here they are starting to tow everyone. This has always been one of the lowest tier bars in the heights. So I guess they have to make their money back by towing paying customers to keep the lights on. Drinks and food are Mid. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here !

Make sure you don't cross the street for any reason. Even if you parked in the right spot because they will monitor you and assume you parked in the wrong parking lot. Vehicle may be towed so please be cautious.

Take caution, they WILL tow your car! We were here on a Thursday at 9:30pm. In a 30 minute period the tow truck tried to tow FOUR patrons - four people who were actually inside the bar with drinks. They all had to run out to stop him and he said oh sorry wrong car. He then proceeded to tow over 10 more cars both in this parking lot and in the Cedar Creek parking lot. Also want to mention that the bar was not full and the parking lot is now essentially empty because so many cars were towed. I hate to be a hater but this made us not want to come back again, which sucks because it is an otherwise enjoyable bar…

They will tow your car!!!!!!!!!!!! They tow 30 plus customers cars on September 21st 2024 The sign says customers only and they will tow your car after 2am.. even if you walk your friend to their car apparently that means you’re not a customer anymore!!!! Made us pay $335

Please visit this place with caution. My car was towed, even though I parked in the parking lot directly in front of the establishment. Several other people from the bar were at the tow yard when I went to pick my car up.
