But huge missed potential. Were out of milk so I couldn't get a milkshake. Employees hanging out outside of the restaurant, who could have gone to the corner store to get some milk. Could have a BLT on the menu, since they had the ingredients. Just sort of weird.

My friends and I went out for New Year’s and the woman ( CRYSTAL) handling the grill had on ONE GLOVE and she was using her GLOVELESS hand to touch the food. So we kindly asked if she could put another glove on when she handles our food. she then looks back with a twisted face, laughs then continues to cook the food with her GLOVELESS hand. Crystal had on nails as well and as a woman we all know that nails carry bacteria and it was very outrageous for her to continue to cook. We spoke with who seemed to be a manager who didn't care enough to get her to get off the grill or even put on a glove. Very disgusted of her actions and will be speaking to an health department about this.

I love the food but this particular experience disappointed me. First time doing mobile order & when I arrived I could tell my food had been sitting because when I get the bag and opened it, it was completely soaked from condensation. I requested to have my food remade because the point of mobile order is for your food to be done at that time not have it sitting getting cold and soggy. I waited 7 minutes for my “remade” order and they just gave me fresh fries, I had the same burger. Burgers are $10, not cheap so I want it fresh or I would have went to Whataburger. Really wish people cared more.

The food is okay The burgers are kind of on the smaller side they have a few buy 1 get 1 free deals I had the burgers and loaded fries I'll give them both like a 6.5/10 I recommend actually going to the actual food truck instead of ordering them service was okay I'll give it a 7/10 it seems like they just mainly trying to get everyone out of the way because of the amount of traffic in the area so it's for good reason but the burgers are kind of plain they have a little special sauce that they put on it and pretty much the burger and buns the price is okay not to bad
I ordered via Uber Eats first time ordering and I got the burgers single but I somehow got two different burgers and I ordered a milkshake chocolate. The chocolate milkshake is a dark chocolate more mocha milkshake than a normal, traditional milkshake so just heads up to that if you don't like that type of chocolate, the cheeseburgers were good, but I still think they need ketchup. I only ate the edges because the middle was a little soggy, what I order again honestly probably not. I wish I had a better review.

I got mine delivered by door dash but I gotta say that was baller AF. Back in the day the term was coined “burger porn” this was definitely it. That double cheeseburger and slutty fries were on point.
On Thursday, November 21, 2024, my experience at this establishment was quite disappointing due to a combination of service issues and operational difficulties. Upon arrival, we were informed that their Point of Sale (POS) system was down, and as a result, we could only order food through DoorDash. This raised a question: how could their system be down yet still facilitate DoorDash orders?
The staff suggested that we place an order for pickup through DoorDash, recommending that we leave a tip for the delivery service. However, this arrangement significantly increased the overall cost of our meal. For instance, ordering two burgers, two fries, and two drinks would add approximately $15.00, plus an additional tip, leading to a minimum increase of $20.00 in total expense. This raised concerns about the necessity of that extra charge and whether it was a strategy to ensure tips for the staff. Again, if the POS was in fact not working, how could they process DoorDash orders?
When I approached the counter to seek clarification on why we were required to use DoorDash despite observing several employees present, one employee responded dismissively, stating, “you can be a Carl and argue and not get your fu****g food, or you can do what we told you and get your food.”
Feeling frustrated, we chose to leave and dine at Frank’s Pizza instead. There, we received prompt service, our order was taken and processed without issue, and we enjoyed our meal.
While I cannot comment on the quality of the food at this establishment, my overall experience with the service was unsatisfactory. It was disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews I had heard prior to my visit. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

I didn’t go to the location, but I ordered on DoorDash. I ordered the Slutty Fries. They were really good. Just enough toppings where the fries were still crispy and not soggy even after delivery. And the plain fries alone were pretty good seasoned fries too. I’m pretty sure I had the burger a long time ago too, like when they first opened and I remember it being good back then. Would definitely eat again.
I ordered the double patty cheeseburger and spicy cheese fries and my friend ordered the one patty burger and virgin fries. I would honestly just recommend this place for burgers ONLY. Each of our fries came sooo salty that they were practically inedible. The burgers were great but for $7+ I would go to any other place
