This guy's demeanor is absurdly juvenile. He barely utters a word, preferring to communicate through awkward head nods. His customer service? Abysmal—a steaming pile of garbage. And let's not even get started on his filthy appearance and grimy setup. ? Never again! And it smells like trash and it unfortunately so strong that it kills your hunger.

The food is okay, but the way they treat their customers is bad. The man told us to order online because he was too busy making other order when he clearly wasn’t. The website didn’t process our payments so we tried to order with him but he refused to take our order because we wouldn’t do it online. Food with that service isn’t good and the person should be fired. Who let an idiot work a customer service job???

I order this from Uber Eats and I was highly disappointed by the food here. Honestly the worst smash burger place I’ve had in houston. First off they sent my shake to me via Uber Eats with the straw inside of the cup already with a big wide open hole at the top, no seal or anything, disgusting. The burger was the size of a Jr Bacon cheeseburger from wendy’s, sauce on the burger was horrible. The Oreo shake was not good at all, I had a sip and threw that away. The fries were unseasoned and very basic tasting as if I could have bought them frozen from the grocery store and put them in my air fryer. For the prices you pay here I’d expect way more. Will never eat here again, I’ll stick to burger bodega and Trill burger.
