Horrible customer service, bad attitudes, unwelcoming. The food wasn’t tasteful, the slutty fries had melted sliced cheese and super dry, when you hear slutty you think of a juicy mess. It was only a mess. Wouldn’t recommend

My friend went here and was disrespected pretty bad. He ordered by 1 get 1 free meal and paid for 2 meals meaning you get 4 total. The workers that didn’t speak much English weren’t honoring it to him and then the boss had to be eventually called to confirm his 4 orders after it was made the short Spanish guy still didn’t want to give the extra 2 drinks to make a total of 4 so they went back and forth until the boss man came on the line again to fix things. Huge hassle to deal with here would not recommend to anyone.

After waiting 35 mins via door dash for my order…I ordered a double cheeseburger no onions, a peach tea, fry’s and a milk shake. Per usual the milk shake was completely melted, the burger had one dry brittle patty, a piece of cheese and the fries were obviously old just from looking at them. The original owners need to do something about the way the works are making the food

Right from the beginning I didn't had my full order, I had to go back to the window 3 times because the girl kept saying "oh no wait one more bag". I order 12 burgers and as I'm passing them out to my guest only 11 burgers are on the order. I tried calling to get my money back but calls get forwarded to voicemail and mail box is full. Someone need to reach out because I ain't driving back.

The burger I got wasn’t the best, I got a single & added bacon. There wasn’t any flavor on the burger. Didn’t get to order any fries they ran out, which was probably a good thing being that the burger didn’t have any seasoning. The only thing id recommend is their cookies & cream shake it was the highlight of the meal. Overall I wouldn’t return though they are very overpriced & the quality isn’t there.

Order through UberEats. I had the fries, they were good but the burger patty on top was extremely dry. Also had two shakes that I ordered that didn’t get delivered. Tried to call the business to see if they have it there, maybe the driver forgot it, maybe they were out. I would’ve rather picked it up myself if they had just forgotten before putting a complaint down with UberEats and untipping the driver for not double checking the order. Unfortunately, the number they have listed doesn’t even work. Service definitely is a 0 if I could give it to them. Food is okay, could get better elsewhere, but not having a working number for complaints/concerns for orders, definitely wouldn’t recommend

I ordered cheese fries and they sent them covered in white queso with peppers instead of the orange cheese sauce. I ordered a melt with no onions and got onions. I was excited to try a new place, and then very disappointed because I couldn’t eat the food because I have food allergies. I really wanted to like this place and support a small business. Never again.
