I showed up and they said that it would take about 10 minutes to even start making my order since it was a whoper jr and they were doing breakfast but the reason those specific items are on the menu is cause they are being served, why do I got to wait extra because the employees at this ONE burgking are too lazy to serve whats served all day 24/7, whole point of it

The microphone outside really is terrible to communicate either that the lady can't communicate well. I had to get out from.the drive thru which was annoying . Then I went inside and it was crazy there was still poor communication. The older black lady did the best she took care of me better because the older Mexican lady had an attitude. She was really miserable and unhappy making the atmosphere awkward. Thankfully the older black lady is there to help English speaking people order because the other lady acted like she couldnt understand me. I love all people but my people be so damn difficult we all dont speak Spanish. Anyways I got my food and I don't think I will be back here . It wasnt for me it was for my husband. He said his food was delicious so that was a good thing.

It's all super good and the people working there super nice. The atmosphere part is bad not because of staff, its just some kids that think its a good place to fool around.

The staff is always nice and polite. But the owner needs to hire someone specifically to order their truck. They are always out of stuff. It is soooo aggravating.

I ordered an impossible burger, and it was raw inside(red). I tried to call the store to tell them about it and they would not answer the phone. I called 12 times and let it ring the entire time. This is so unfair to the customer, especially when you're spending your hard earned money

Ok I'm writing another review since I can't get a response and they don't answer the phone. Yesterday 18 hrs ago I came to this restaurant and received horrible customer service by the supervisor giving me an attitude over an online order in the drive thru which they offer on the app. If these workers can't handle accepting orders in any type of form how did you get hired and how are you surviving I don't get it! But I'm not going to forget this experience and I'm not coming back until I speak to the manager about this. And you still don't deserve me as a customer!

I’m only writing this review because I’m a fan of Lupe. I usually come late at night to grab food and she always has a great attitude. Most of the time you get bad fast food service at night (understandably so), but she always makes sure to have my order correct and gets it out quick. Just wanted to shout her out.

The service stunk to death today 5.22.25. I visit upon my hour lunch break swinging by in the drive thru. I sat there for what was 5-7 minutes without an attendant so much as acknowledging my visit. I got tired of waiting. I pull into the parking lot & go inside to try to order food. When I walked to the front counter, a female employee looks at me & says “we got a big order, I don’t know how long it’s gonna take”. She turns back around and start bagging food & continues to assist a customer that was there before me so I just walked out. She completely ignored me. My time is valuable & not to be wasted as I was on a lunch break.
