The microphone outside really is terrible to communicate either that the lady can't communicate well. I had to get out from.the drive thru which was annoying . Then I went inside and it was crazy there was still poor communication. The older black lady did the best she took care of me better because the older Mexican lady had an attitude. She was really miserable and unhappy making the atmosphere awkward. Thankfully the older black lady is there to help English speaking...

I’m only writing this review because I’m a fan of Lupe. I usually come late at night to grab food and she always has a great attitude. Most of the time you get bad fast food service at night (understandably so), but she always makes sure to have my order correct and gets it out quick. Just wanted to shout her out.

Got off work after a long day and Jordan's customer service was so refreshing!! Very kind and friendly, made the night a little better. Love seeing good customer service nowadays.
