Arrive at 6:20 and I had to go into the drive-through three times I called someone picked up three times telling me that they were open and no one ever answered. No one came to the door. No one was at work, which was rude and unprofessional and against policy ethnic here in America.

I ordered my order online when I came to pick it up she answered on the speaker but then she didn't talk anymore I went to the window to pick up my order and the person in charge was hiding in what appears to be the office I know because I work at a burger king I went around again to see if she would attend to me and she didn't I knocked on the window and just hid in the lobby there were some children and I wanted to get their attention so they would tell the manager if she could attend to us but the lady just told them that they didn't answer I could see her making signs for them to hide I tried to call the restaurant and they answered but they hung up. I want to clarify that this is not the first time this has happened to us yesterday we came and the same thing happened to us

I stop by this Burger King 2 or three times a week between 7-10 pm. Every single time service has been exceptional, the staff has always been courteous and polite, the food has always been hot and there has not been one time that the staff has not said ' have a good' night before I leave! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
