Poor communication skills at this location. I was asked if I wanted bacon , egg and cheese on my whopper junior for whatever reason. I wasn't satisfied with the way I was treated at this location. They act like they don't care or need our business so I won't be going back.

Food was not on point. Service was okay. Given impossible whoppers and did not think anyone would know the difference. Confronted the staff about it, but no compromise. Still not coming back to this location. Even though this location is around the corner from our house.

Service is terrible. Evening staff is rude and I was told I was too late to place an order at 9:15 and they close at 10. Food was thrown on counter and left the. I eat here a lot because I live close. Morning staff is great. Need whole new evening staff!

Never got acknowledged while I was standing inside there was only one person working to drive through and the cashier stand at the front she told they ignored me until I proceed to ask her did she see me standing here she stopped to cook from making my food and proceed to tell me that she wasn't cooking me anything all because I asked did you see me standing here well I know she did because she looked at me and turned her back

I’m reporting the manger Joel for giving me and my family old fries and the meat wasn’t done how it was supposed to I’m pregnant and couldve got food poisoning and when I asked him for fresh fries he said will that be all and I repeated may you give me fresh fries and he said not gone take my order because I asked for fresh fries this the second time I had it with his attitude and he should be fired I will contact corporate on this individual I will give no stars bad customer service skills and he want to take my picture and name he is out his mind
