The drive thru is always slow. They only have two people working at the front at times. Two people working dine in and drive thru, doing drinks and bagging the food. I was at the line for 27min.

Restrooms, parking, kids friendly, wheelchair friendly facility all accounts.
Super clean.
Dine in from 8 am to 9 pm.
24 hr drive through service.
Parking lot well lit at night like a prominent Christmas tree!
To the approximity of i69 sw in Houston.
So close to a Shell gas station, a Bank of AMERICA and an OYO motel.

Ordered in drive thru, came inside to use the restroom and was told only customers can use the restroom. I told the guy I was a customer and he still didn't open the door, so I go outside to my car to bring my food and prove that I'm a customer. Then I go inside the restroom and it's DIRTY, Pee and brown paper in the toilet, the floor looks like its been partially flooded, with little to no tissue. You can imagine my anger when I bit into the chicken sandwich and found it to be a bit burnt... Never returning

Just spent over an HOUR stuck in their drive through only for half my food to be missing. Truly terrible.

EDIT: I contacted their support team and was offered a $5 coupon. This isn't even half the cost of the missing items. They refused to refund my money. And honestly the food was terrible too. Save yourself and go somewhere else

The tables are dirty and greasy. ketchup rubbed on seats. The soda machine in the dining area is not working. The ketchup dispenser is missing. Never thought I would miss musak but no lobby music here, hope you enjoy listening to the kitchen crew.
