Last night december 14 around 10 o'clock me and my brother had place an order through the drive thru and we order : #1 whopper meal large with no onion, #2 whopper meal large with no jalapeños, we also order separate chicken fries i want 8 peice and my brother gotten the 12 peice, also a 8 peice mozzarella sticks and i wanted 2 chocolate chip cookies. First of all when I check the bag I was missing my cookies and my 8 peice chicken fries. We went back and I got my cookies and I thought maybe the employee threw my 8 peice chicken fries with my brother 12 peice, nope I didn't get my 8 peice chicken fries and my cookies weren't fresh they were all hard like he left them out for a few hours. And my burger was cold when i got it 10 minutes after receiving my cookies. This is very unacceptable service. And one last thing CHECK THE DAM ORDER TWICE BEFORE SENDING IT SO THE CUSTOMER CAN BE HAPPY WITH THEY'RE ORDER AND YOUR SERVICE. Ps how come yall dont have the chicken crispy sandwich everytime we come here if yall dont have it take it off the menu. Although we'll just stop coming to this location. I mean this food is not bad here at all it just think it just sometimes employee who love taking their sweet time making the order and by the time I get my order it probably room temperature by then

My bf went to pick up my Uber order. I provided him with screenshot of the order with the receipt conformation number and my name which always works at other locations. Also, turns out they didnt have one of the items I payed for which was listed on the app for their location. Usually I get a call from other places I've ordered before they go ahead and list my order as ready for pick up. & not them giving me Ranch & sweet & sour when I wanted honey mustard. Very unprofessional, lazy, and cant read receipt labels apparently.

I ordered two 8-piece jalapeño cheese poppers, an 8-piece nugget, and used a coupon for a large French fry. I explained to the worker that it was frozen on the inside. An angry lady came to the window informing me the poppers were fresh. I told her they were frozen in the middle. Instead of making it right or getting to the bottom of the situation. I asked for a refund. She gave me 6 $ although my order was 8$. 3 ladies stood at the front laughing and talking about me instead of acknowledging that they gave me undercooked food. When I asked for my French fry which I never received. The worker was rude and gave me a refund of 3$ after I informed her the fry was free. She insisted on giving me a refund instead of making the order correctly. After driving out of the parking lot later, I noticed that my chicken nuggets were frozen and undercooked and very soggy. Never received a receipt. So I am unable to make a complaint online without it although I paid with a credit card she gave me a refund and cash

This place customer service is deplorable. I went to order via the drive-thru with a code I relieved through the app. The attendant kept playing saying he could not hear the numbers after he recited the exact three digit code back to me. He then went on to say that the code was invalid. I refreshed the code through the app but then he refused to take my order by not responding.

This place sucks they don't take walk Ins or drive thru I've gone there many a nights with crew working, they say they're closed. Ive had friends go up and sometimes they say they're only taking online and door dash orders. Cavalcade Burger King is sorry.

I usually don't write reviews for fast-food places, but my recent visit to Burger King completely surprised me in the best way possible. I ordered the classic Whopper combo, and it was genuinely one of the freshest fast-food burgers I've had in ages.
I really enjoyed the service, The food was amazing 10/10 recommend ,the cooks were on point with the food. GREAT food,clean restrooms ,clean dining room and really good management.

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, and even more amazing food. The food is always fresh and delicious, and everyone that is serving me are always so kind and helpful. I have gone to many other burger kings before but this one is definitely the top one. I highly recommend people go here, and although it is only a fast food place, the food and atmosphere make it feel like a 5 star restaurant!
