The afternoon manager named CÉSAR talked to him and talked to him and he didn't pay attention to me because I was with the headphones, he talked to him and nothing until I yelled at him to give me the glass I needed, that was on February 14, 2025, that man was very bad.

Worst Burger King to go to. Manager is very unprofessional. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me for 10 minutes while he walked past several times looking at me but made me wait until another employee finally came from the back.. I’m a city worker and just need to use the bathroom.. no women’s bathroom completely closed down. Fine whatever.. the men’s restroom had urine all over the seat no toilet paper no soap just nasty!! Ol reds better mangament that knows how to talk to customers and run a fast food joint. It’s rediculous

Bad customer service! I came to the drive thru and the guy was disrespectful! While I was giving me an order everything i wanted he said they didn't have it. I end up leaving and rather waist my money somewhere else. At the end he just laugh and thought it was a joke.
