I am so disappointed and disgusted at exactly 3/14/25 @ 312 pm I placed an order through the app and and I just asked for a ice cup and I was told I can't get a CUP OF ICE FOR FREE 299plus tax . Wow BURGER KING THATS SAD !!!!!! The sales associate name is Neily !! Wow still cant believe it

Be careful, the parking lot is a mess, there's always transient hanging around the parking lot, its dark in the drive thru and the place is outdated. Drive thru employees dont speak English very well most of the time.

My Burger King dinner food was of excellent quality and very tasty, service was fast, cashier was pleasant and accommodating, including the dinning room which was clean and pleasant to sit in. There was a large screen TV, so I watched the current news and planned my night, while eating in the dinning room 😋. I highly recommend Burger King, as a fast food burger joint, for the whole family or hanging out with friends. I enjoyed eating Burger King's Whopper Burger, French Fries with a cold Fountain Drink.

It was hot in there it was the AC was only blowing a little bit they need to wipe off the tables they need to do a lot of stuff to the front area hardwood for experience in the manager seemed like she was in a great mood or whatever was going on with the situation better customer service

On September 7th around 3:15 p.m., I went through the drive-thru at Burger King to place an order for my wife. As I pulled up to the window and was looking for my wallet to pay, I noticed a young man and woman working at the window. I’m not sure if they were joking around with each other, but one of them threw ice, and it hit my car window.
This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Imagine if I had my child in the car at the time—thankfully, I didn’t, but that could have been dangerous and extremely upsetting. Instead, I was alone and chose to keep my patience, but I feel this incident must be reported.
After the ice was thrown, I saw them laughing and joking about it, which made the situation even more disrespectful. No customer expects to come to a restaurant, especially a family establishment, and have things thrown at their vehicle.
I strongly encourage management to review the cameras from that time and date, and address the behavior of the employees working the window. This was not only poor customer service, it was careless and unprofessional conduct.
I normally expect better quality service from this restaurant, and I hope this issue is taken seriously.

This place do not clean the soda or pop machine when I asked they say they don't clean the machines smh that's nasty and I am going to let the nest know that is just HORRIBLE!!!!!
