Walked in to pick up my food at 1:05pm 8/25/25 The Hispanic manager lady that was on the cash restiger did not speak or greet me. She helped the Hispanic older man that was before me but walked off when I approached the counter. The bagger with the hair and glasses gave me my food. But she shouldn't be working there if she's not gonna help each paying customer the same. What kinda people yall have working in this establishment?

Why do they hide their Sanitary Inspections result, no letter grade to be seen anywhere. Wall is falling apart, food is not great, sticky floors, manager brought their grandkid to work. Signature Whopper was Dry and no sauce, lettuce was soft.

I came to this BK in the morning and asked for cheeseburger but instead i was given a ‘sandwich’. I wasn’t told that there were no hamburger buns available at the time. Also, the icee i was given had a bad taste to it. The employee at the drive thru was nice, and the chicken fries were good NOT RETURNING to this location

Ordered a triple whopper for husband and when i got home it was the size of a biscuit with no lettuce no tomatoes no onion no mayo no ketchup. I ordered it without pickles n cheese and that's the only thing they got right! NEVER again will i order from BK

I went in drive through to get some fries for my kid, and the color is off, it's looks whiter that I usually get them. Idk if yall aren't cooking them fully. And they got cold real fast. Please be more mindful if you are going to fry premade food.

worst burger king we stopped coming here for awhile for a reason. came back after a good awhile and same thing workers putting in wrong orders don’t know what they are doing always having to get manager and then manager doesn’t even what to do either asked for a cup of water with ice as a drink for my pregnant wife manager said i can’t change you for that we can sell you water like wtf. walked out went to sonic
