Whopper was messy best part was the top bun. Someone is mayonnaise happy in there. Sloppy Whopper ever. Soda was out. The lady in the front is hard of hearing. 2 stars for being clean.

I ordered my food online. The woman who should have been working the front counter was wiping windows. I explained that I placed an online order 10 minutes ago before my arrival. She kept wiping the windows until she finally took an interest in checking on the status of my order, which was a result of poor workmanship on her part and a lack of attentiveness to customers. She was moody as if the customers and I were inconveniencing her, which was not the case. She needs to understand that working the front counter and tending to customers comes with the job. In addition, our money pays for the food that we order, so she needs to prioritize customer needs over window cleaning. I understand that cleanliness is important, but when you have customers waiting in line, let's prioritize their needs with timely service. The experience I had with this Burger King today (July 10, 2025) was poor and could have been better. The manager needs to ensure that the front counter employees are adequately trained, as my experience with the one of them today was poor and needs improvement.

Worst place to go..ever.i ordered 2 whopper Jr the same way do that they do t mess them up. But somehow they messed both burgers up and neither one had the right paper on the burger. .pathetic place ...

Don't know why they ask cheese or no cheese??. Turns out you ask for cheese, they charge extra for it and then oh surprise!!! No freeking cheese! They take your money and Don't serve right!. Never again will I go there!
