I asked these people to not put pickles on the burger I ordered yesterday and they did anyways my daughter couldn’t even eat because she’s allergic it was a good thing I looked the fries where alright hardly cooked the wrap was pretty good though

Had a small list of items I wanted to get from Lowe's, besides filling up. (I usually plan my errands.) And I wanted to use a gift card to Burger King that I bought.
At the time I visited this Burger King, it was after lunch. So, it was really quiet. I saw that Burger King offered a $7 Trio Meal on a window poster. If you want to utilize this offer, please be aware that you have to tell them BEFORE you order!
Walked in and was greeted by Norma. Told her I wanted to order the $7 Trio Meal and she immediately pointed me to the options I may choose from. Loved that 💕! Since I had never tried the Chicken Fries, it was one of the 3 items I ordered. I also ordered a medium drink and a Bacon 🥓 😋 Cheesburger. As a my payment option, I told her I had a gift card which was readily accepted. No problems running it all.👍 This time I actually dined in and just enjoyed my little meal in the clean lobby.

I don’t give a dam about their attitude lol food is always 200% ! This food quality is only at this location so far.. man great job with quality!! I understand it’s lots of crazy people living in the hotels next door which they have to stay on top of safety too and a lot of homeless people so the restrooms will remain locked for that reason but their food will always make me stay a Burger King customer.. if the close I more than likely won’t bother with Burger King anymore because the other restaurants have ruined it!
This being my first time ever visiting Texas from Illinois I must say how unwelcome I feel. Today (#order 60, 10:22 am 12/8/24 ) I ordered a burrito for dine in. While waiting on my order I asked staff if I could have a token for the bathroom. (Legit every bathroom in this state is locked and you need a code so other tourists beware of that) upon asking the cashier for the token I was frowned at and she said “ customers only” I was confused and said I have ordered already a dine in. She insinuated I was lying and proceeded to probe me “ what did you order ? What’s your name” I answered with no issues but was internally astounded I just never experienced these things when ordering inside a restaurant. She turned to the other worker and confirmed what I was saying was true. Then and only then was I handed a coin to use the bathroom. On top of that all I ordered was a breakfast burrito and it took longer than 10 mins to come out and my sausage was still pink on the inside. Over all this was a very terrible experience and I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Not do I recommend any other tourists who are used to actual hospitality to visit this location!!!
