Super nice place and the workers super friendly. My cousin forgot her phone and we went back and the manager say that one of the worker found it in the bathroom and they give it to her back at soon they saw her picture. Thank you

I went through drive through and order 3 #1's no egg. We all are allergic to eggs I repeated myself four times got to the window and confirmed again and this is what I received out of my three sandwiches one was a bacon and egg croissant communication barrier breakdown for sure and I don't understand why after constantly repeating myself I called the store four times and got no answer and busy signal. This mix up could have been life threatening if I had not looked at it before bitting it or given it to my kids.

The young Hispanic male at the drive thru in Saturday at 5:30pm is the rudest. Won’t look at you when passing out your food like he has a grudge. He’d rather keep chatting with his coworkers. He should get out of customer service and learn some social skills. Plus, they messed up my order. The older women who work the drive thru are better socialized. It’s too bad they weren’t working the drive thru tonight. Won’t be back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They have a menu online of bundles, family bundles the royal for the triple bundle. And all this, you go to the store and it's a lie, they don't even have it, that's called false advertisement and it's not nice, I don't think that's right, people go thinking that they can get that, and when they get there. There's no kind of bundles there's no kind of specials and we know burger king always has specials.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, and the person taking my order made me feel very rushed. I wanted the kid's cheeseburger meal that was advertised for less than $5.00. However the person taking my order rung up each item separately which totaled $7.00 and some change. There was another person that was at the window to accept my money. Gladly, she listened and corrected my order to the kid's meal that was advertised instead of ringing everything up separately. Whomever took my order initially should learn patience and listen to what the customer is asking.
