Customer service is so bad. Asked for tge restroom after I placed my order and they told me they were both clogged. The cashier completely ignored me. I guess I should be calling the public department since its a restaurant and they are not suppose to work without restroom service due to higene.

I go to this location pretty often as it’s close to my house. The staff are polite and the food is good but on multiple occasions they’ve gotten my order wrong. It’s increasingly irritating having to remind the staff that something is wrong. Today I picked up my order, had to remind the staff of my drink because they forgot it the first time and then only to find out once I’d gotten home that they forgot an item in my order. Then trying to go in the app and putting in a request for a refund for the item I hadn’t received was nightmare as it literally did not let me do it. Wish I could rate them better as the staff is very nice but the service isn’t at all. :(

Would love to give this place 0 stars. Service is shitty I waited in the drive threw for 20 minutes till i finally decided to go around and walk in to see why it was taken so long just to get told my food has been ready. New look New management SAME BS SERVICE!

I have been in BK for five years straight, this location actually I have visited 🚫, I watched this location being remodel for several months, the place is very nice from the inside out, the customer's counters three times smaller, they put in four kiosks machines, the 🚻 was clean as well, the kitchen area is closed 🔒 off from the public viewing 🪟, I noticed the overall from inside out enhance the property tremendously 💯.
