My experience was very poor I have ordered the number 2 on the menu if you look at the picture advertising you won’t see the picture of bacon and board if you look below the picture there’s no prescription of there’s tomato onion or bacon or extra … written menu Any how when I got the order after second bite I saw the bacon Do to my religion I can’t have bacon me and my husband went and mansiond to the employee it’s was my fault I didn’t see the bacon but I got my order wrong I should’ve order double cheeseburger which I honestly thought I did ordered double cheeseburger because number 1 was wapper meal and number 2 to my knowledge should of been the cheese burger unfortunately when the manager got involved he mentioned it’s was a some kind a Taxes meal any how he said he will help sure. it’s was funny to watch them trying to put the food I put in my mouth back on the counter for the next customer after little huddle between the employee they finally decided to take the burger out of the counter and throw it away in the trash . After 5 minutes in employee and there manganese forget are in USA they are they’re at work customers come first they start there huddle strat talking in there own native language when there at the restaurant job they should first take care of customers second practice English language any how they’re busy huddling about at least 3 times my husband still standing will there say they will make the burger fresh my husband stood for good 40 minutes before finally after there last huddle finally one of the employee said what was the order lol they completely forgot what was the older. Then one of the employee went for lunch break of course she even got her meal before our allow me to say it’s one of worst experiences we had and let’s not forget about our management how poorly they handled there customer. Manager sit and let all this happen I disapprove of this as a manger you have responsibility of taking care of customers not sitting with employees and huddling I don’t know about the CEO of this company. I think they should take this very seriously because how they handle job at this location it’s matter after I witnessed with my own eyes would I like to have meal from your store I would think 3 times before I come again. To this location you’re service is handled very poorly if you’re all speaking there native languages please stop and look your at land of America you all need respect you’re job and your land your staying in if you don’t practice the language it’s doesn’t come as automatically again I like to say if there’s actually CEO in this company please stand in the corner well you’re employees busy, huddling in corner with there native language after 40 minutes let me know how you’re view would look if would still come back to the same location I would always wondered why Burger King closing down cross our region I got my answer loud and clear.
