Went in and ordered ask for fresh food more than once they still gave me food that wasn’t fresh. When people ask for fresh food that’s what they want. The Hispanic male was working the table was eating out the fries.

I never come to Burger King, but I’ve been craving it since the beginning of my pregnancy. This is the second time I come to this location and the food is cold or barely warm at all. There was a wait to receive the food so I’d assume it’d be warm. Since this was the second time trying this location I bought my meal and ate it in the car so it wouldn’t be cold but it still was. They also forgot my pickles which isn’t really an issue, but definitely would have tasted better with it.

They were all out of the sponge Bob square pants meal the only think they had was the whopper for the my kid and I ordered the texas double whopper and had no pickles when I asked for extra then my kids when to order the Bking and ask for one of them to be planed and got all of them planed so they messed up the order

When you crave for char-broil/flame broiled burger, go to burger king! Not real busy during lunch time visit.
Noticed tables and floors need to be kept up during my 2nd visited here.
The food was good. The staff was ok. The young lady didn't listen as well as I thought she should. Missed two things on my order that asked for twice, but she did complete the order with no problem.

To be fair, this wasn't my first time here before I made a review. I don't know what was wrong with the original building and staff. It was great! I guess the place was taken over by new owners. No sweet tea, but tons of attitude when I just ask for sugar. I asked on several visits for the ice coffee, they don't serve hot for some weird reason, and 8 out of 10 times they are out. That's inexcusable. The last time I visited, I found a bundle of hair in my fries. I was in the building for a half hour. Nearby, there was a spray bottle and a rag on a table. Whoever was assigned to clean tables apparently decided to give up because all the way through my dine in no one came back to finish the job. The crew were in their work area being extremely loud and carrying on for a long time. Maybe in that time they were messing around they could've taken some initiative and order some more coffee? If the owner of the restaurant can read this: You need to do better and train your staff to be more customer efficient. Judging by the high number of previous reviews, the owner doesn't seem to care because none of the bad reviews have the owner reaching out to those people to apologize and/or ask how they can make things better.
