I just went here. It's 2:45am it's a 24 hour drive through. The door says open 24 hours and so does online. They refused to serve me never once acknowledge my existence at the drive through. And the white lady just shook her head no to me when I pulled up to the window. It's fast food I ain't expecting to get 5 star service but to at least acknowledge me. I work nights where am I suppose to get food now. 1 star you suck.

This restaurant definitely needs better management and customer service ESPECIALLY at night. To sit in a drive thru for 25 minutes and not order yet is beyond ridiculous. Couldn’t even back out because of cars behind me. Food cold and old. Never again from here

I was hired a few days ago I was told by one manager to come back the next day to talk with with another manager named Tina which I did when I spoke with her she told me she didn't know anything about me coming to speak with her I was suppose to start my training but she told me to come back to talk Juan the store manager he told me talk to Ashley the person who done my paper work the only person that seemed to have it together I said ok left came back she didn't work that day I asked for anybody number so I can call to make sure I was told we don't give out our personal numbers ok fine at this point I been back and forth like 6 times I spent money clothes to work there because I was told he works here give him some water don't make him pay just to be told today by Juan the pants I had wasnt the right kind but everyday i came i was told he got the right stuff on i shaved alk my hair off my face dont even bother to even visit this place one of the managers just a lair the other manager juan bs he looked me in my face and told me the pants I just bought wasn't the right ones when he say me with the pants on every time I came up there this place needs new management like I said Ashley is the only person that has it together and went to bat for me saying they never gave me a time to be there but i been coming early ever day.
They serve very well, and know how to help you choose what you are looking for.

Don’t even bother trying to order anything from here through DoorDash past 3a.m. You will not get your food, multiple different drivers attempted to get my food and the workers just left them waiting. DoorDash continued to push my wait time back and I waited for 2 hours before I finally decided to just go ahead and cancel the order. I’m not blaming DoorDash or drivers, this is 100% on the lazy bk workers.

Now that's how you treat your customers!!!! Other restaurants give you oatmeal without a call a ?, or nuggets no sauce ?.
