Honestly, just go to the Burger King on crosstimbers and Lockwood. The people are friendly, the food is hot and better. I tried to give this location one more shot and they missed. I would rather go 10 mins out of my way for something better.

Every time I go to this burger king my experience is worst than the last. I sat in line for about an hour and there were on two cars in front of me. Then we get our food and the order is wrong. On top of that the sprite tasted like water!!! Five thumbs down.

These people are the most disrespectful people in all of America! They talk to you like you, dumb, stupid and crazy, treat you like an ignorant don’t have any sense, they asked you the same questions eight times you give them a answer and then they try to tell you that you’re wrong because you don’t have any patience or something like that. If they’re not ready to take a customer or to wash, they ask the customer or they’re ready to order.?! The managers here allowed the employees to run the restaurant! And then they want to charge exorbitant amounts for your food. That’s cold old and disgusting! I’ll never come here again and I would recommend no one else does either!

This was my second Burger King last night for some reason I had a taste for a whopper. Haven’t had one in years, but I’m like I’m a go give me a whopper when I got there. The guy to drive-through was very very nice. I even donated to some cause that you guys have going on get all the way home and as you can see from the picture have the two longest pieces of hair Inside my burger I was so disappointed. I’ve been calling up there. No one‘s answering the phone. I was very tempted to drive back up there, but yeah, that was just a whole eeww situation

I came here for a hot cup of coffee. I got a hot cup of tea. And it was trash. I didn’t know Burger King sold hot tea.

I came her in my work truck which is a 26 foot box truck there sign on the door says the inside dining is at 6am I got here at 6:30 and they told me to go through the drive through which I can’t do do to clearance they were very rude about it
