I Been waiting for 2 hrs for my order and I still haven’t received it. They parked me in the front and waited, until I got frustrated and went inside and the employees had the audacity to ask what was my Order. I got mad at them and asked for my refund me and give my money back

Employees using their phones during work hours. Keeps messing up cst orders. One cst walk in and stated if we order 45 minutes ago and the order Wasn’t ready. Lady walk in asked for refund because the food Wasn’t fresh at all. I truly need speak Coorparate for this is unacceptable they should have better management better fast pace employees. #1 priority is cst is always right in order to keep cst happy is giving their food fresh and ready and correctly prepared to be satisfied. Either they need step it up or they need to replace them asap

I usually order delivery at least 2 times a week, and my order is either not complete or does not include utensils and condiments (I ordered pancakes, they did not include syrup or utensils). This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happen. This is extremely frustrating as I am ordering delivery and do not have a vehicle to come back and pick up things they forgot to include with my order. Then I attempted to reach out to resolve the issue and they never pick up the phone at this location. Overall I won’t be ordering from them again and I don’t recommend anyone order from them due to the lack of customer care and concern.

I don't know why, but ever since they remodeled this place, they've been on point with everything from the burgers to the fries! Not to mention I feel like burger king has the best oreo shake out there! And with every fast food restaurant, I recommend eating there, or you don't get the best from the place! Plus my kids loved this place!

I live at Burger King, but this one here has issues. One of the drive-thru girls is always so high that it takes 10 minutes to order 2 of the exact same meal with only jalapeños on the side. After finally getting the order correct, we pulled up to the window to pay and pick up our food, only to find out she had not even entered it, and we had to do it again. Then we received food, and my husband asked her if the jalapeños were on the side. She started to argue with him, saying he had told her not to put any jalapeños. It was ridiculous. A couple of days later, we stopped the same girl with the same issues again. This night for review was worse. At 10 pm, the Burger King had both lines open and at least 5 cars in each. No one was moving. We were about 13 minutes in waiting when we heard Uuuuhhhh, did you say number 3 Guy yells No dammit. Just like that, several cars backed out and left, including us. Guess they all experienced her also.

I went through drive thru this morning and did not receive my correct order. This is by far the worst service ever at this location. Employees hear what the want to hear and then they don't even check to verify that the order is correct before handing it out to a customer.

I just wanted to get a croissant and a the new waffle chicken fries that i saw on the menu but the computers weren't working then at the register they would only give me the regular chicken finger meal not the waffle ones and it was stuck on medium size I wanted large I just walked out like all the renovations to look nice and for what just so I can walk out from frustration
