Seems like the staff was shorthanded and pretty busy right at lunch hour, Many ppl waiting for their food in the dining room I counted at least 10 while I was there, Got my order the way I wanted it, Managers or shift leaders there should go to the back and help cooks not just hand people their orders, That's what I usually did when my crew was superbusy I Was a Shift leader at JIB .

Went last night Oct 15th, around 12am, ordered a Texas double whopper only to find out when I got home they gave me a regular whopper not even with cheese I paid for a Texas double and didn't even get a receipt either after purchase then a week before I purchased 2 rodeo 2 cheese burgers and they left out one rodeo I've been coming here for a while but just recently they started messing up orders I thought by checking my bag first before I leave would solve this but this time they made a huge mistake giving me a regular whopper without cheese I spent 11 bucks over charged they you need to bring attention to these night shift to make sure they get it right because 2 times in a row that I went is crazy and not giving out receipts either so if I go up there to make a complaint I don't even have a receipt to show them proof so what will they tell me when I tell them they messed up? ALWAYS ASK FOR RECIEPT AFTER PURCHASE BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE THEM

Need to fire Mario, If that’s even his name. I was just there October 25, at 12:51 and the car in front of me kinda took a while and “Mario” said “if you’re not going to order just move” then it was our turn and he rudely said “ I am not taking any regular orders right now “ so we asked what kind of orders was he taking and he said none . I asked if they were closed and he said yes. I asked him why and he said because he had a lot of mobile orders to complete. Like bro, you just had like 15 minutes to complete those orders. I kind of understand him I guess but he didn’t have to be so rude.he had a like behind us and sent everyone on their way . We went to Mickey D’s

The workers on the 5am shift on Sunday need to be fired. There was only one car in the drive thru and they took over 10 minutes on the only car and made me cancel my doordash

This is an edit. Again today it's 11pm October 8th. Only ONE car in line and it's already taken 15 minutes. Ridiculous service.

I promise this is the slowest bk in this area! I sat in line for 30 mins! Then by time I got home my food was cold! Oh and let me add on I live less then 2 mins away from the location smh. Wasn't about to wait in line for another 30 to tell them my food was cold! Got to do better
