It 5am and the sign said they are 24 hours and there are worker inside. No one answered to take my order. After a few minutes, I drove around to the window and could clearly see them standing around. I blown my horn, but no answer again. ? I'm very disappointed!

This location should have their sign changed to "not serving after 10pm". Anytime between 10pm-4am, there's literally no service. You can sit there and wait at the drive thru forever and there would be no acknowledgement.Once in a blue moon you will get lucky and someone will respond, but they will tell you something along the lines of not having enough workers therefore they can only sell you a fountain drink.

Went in at lunch time and there was 1 person working the drive-thru, one cooking, and another jumping back and forth between the two helping out. I was the only person in the establishment, and they kept looking at me but not as much as a "hold on a second", head nod, or anything to acknowledge my being there and waiting on them, nobody came over to take my order at the register for several minutes. Finally, I decided to flag one of them down to take my order. After that was fine, the food came out quickly and was what was expected, ya'll gotta work on your customer service though.

Man those fries were salty. I mean like crystals of salt hanging off of each fry. Like the shaker lid fell off or something and they didn't bother tossing the batch. Wow. Ack. Had to toss it. Bathroom was gross too. No urinal and the only toilet shoots water out when you flush. Felt like watching the geysers at Yellowstone (no pun intended ... ok it was intended. Hahgahaahahahahahahah)

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever had. They got the whole order wrong and even forgot to put a few things off the order in the bag. I went back to get the order corrected and the staff was rude about the situation. I called to speak to the manager and was hung up on. I would not recommend this location to anyone.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to onions and every sandwhich had onions on it even after they were ordered with NO onions

I wish that this Burger King establishment would close down. The people who work here are incredibly rude. They have always overcharged me. Just today I tried to go through the drive-through, and when I asked them to remove an item from my order because it was too expensive, they said they did, but still tried to charge me for it. In the process of doing that, whoever was working at this location at 1:15 today, lost themselves five orders due to that. And all of these orders would have been more than $30. Whoever the manager is of this establishment either needs to close down or higher better employees. As far as ambience goes, there is police tape, all around the outside give or take the day. Everything is sticky on the inside and it smells pretty bad. The hygiene of the workers is also questionable. I am left to wonder that sometimes if the mayonnaise on my sandwiches are actually mayonnaise because it tastes like rotten eggs. I used to love this establishment and it has gone way downhill in the past five years. Not only with the food quality and taste, but with the customer service as well.
