The night shift is AWFUL OMG!!! The guy with the glasses acts like he does not want to be there, I found a hair in my food!!! The funny shaped one with the red hair ALWAYS has a terrible attitude!!!! Get a new night shift that doesn’t close the doors an hour before they’re supposed to!!

The manager Mexican man with glasses very very rude disrespectful and treats his employees horribly this my third time there and im fed up with his attitude towards customers and his employee poor girl!! Not sure of names but she was a Mexican girl with beautiful eyes believe she was new she had great customer service! But that manager needs to be replaced

I wish I got her name at the window but just had a super amazing experience with wonderful customer service. Sometimes the littlest things give the biggest smiles. Thank you for the great attitude and an amazing burger! You guys have made my day!! I know it seems silly but when you have food aversion and you 80 percent of the time have a difficult time eating and having your food made just perfect makes it so much easier.

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences ever. I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes for the guy to take my order and he kept saying “wait a minute” the entire time. Meanwhile, 3 or 4 cars behind me jumped ahead, and instead of asking them to go back and wait their turn, he took their orders through the window and completely ignored me.

I ended up waiting for over an hour just to place an order. This is seriously unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. If this is how they treat customers, they need better training and management. Totally unacceptable.

Today is the third time that I have went to this location and this young man Hispanic young man that works the drive-through refuses to serve breakfast because he said he don’t wanna serve breakfast until 6 AM and they breakfast start at 2 AM and I’m trying to understand how can you not serve breakfast went on the menu it say breakfast is served from 2 to 1030 and this is really ridiculous that someone don’t wanna be at work so they are not allowing other people to come get food because you don’t wanna be at work this location is horrible. This location is unorganized and the workers are very young and do not care. I do not recommend this location for anyone to go to.
