I’m starting to wonder if they even put your order in the system or if the cooks even pay attention to your order! Every time I place an order they mess it up! It be simple requests like add cheese and even tho they charge extra they will still not put cheese on it! The nuggets are never fresh! They never have any of the promotions available even tho they advertise them! You can tell people quit damn near every day! It’s never the same employees! I applied for a job here and quit my first day due to showing up to the store never being closed. I mean everything was left as if everyone just walked out! The manager didn’t have my uniform or my info to clock me in or out! I could’ve been anybody just walking in there.

What’s going on everybody yesterday I order some food online. The problem was one of the orders was correct but the second order makes no sense. Are they smart or they just trying to play stupid anyways for the Persian that is making the food. My question is for that person. can you even read also that you went to school or are you going to college or something like that is also understandable that sometimes we get distracted when orders come in quickly or unless you basically don’t care you just wanna do what you wanna do I hope other locations I’m not doing the same thing as dislocation. This is really sad and embarrassment. I told my brother just eat it. Don’t worry about it. We can go next time to a different location in person and I hope that they don’t screwed up my order the way I did it online. karma is going to get the peeps that make the food order or whoever was in charge in the front by reading the receipt and telling to cook to just do this and then. ????☯️

I came on Saturday June 15th at 530....keandra if that's her name along with the manager and some young kid all were disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I ordered the new nuggets for myself and a coworker rewind I sat waiting for someone to speak over the intercom when she finally spoke it was distant to which I said I'm sorry I can't hear you she said nothing so I said my order in hopes she'll get it. So I drive around ready to pay...we had no sauce no ketchup so I asked for sauce she gives me one. So i asked for another she refused until I paid for another so I asked is me and my coworker supposed to share a dip and I just made a $12 purchase....so I looked past her and called for a manager he came and they discussed but he gave 3 to which she started talking smack so I asked for all their names and things went left...the fat messican manager ran and hid the bulldagga held the window open n that's when the lil boy came talking like he was a gangster....food trucks are winning bc trash like above are ruining big name food chains....I don't want anything just update yall policy bc to force 2 ppl to share a dip is sick...they need to steer clear cuz not everyone will be as calm as I was most ppl get active especially these days of going viral....

Had a business meeting around that area and to my surprise the employees were friendly and the app order I placed was super fast. The food was made fresh and tasty. Everything came out perfectly and I can't think of a complaint or negative thing at this location. Wish it was closer to my house i would definitely visit it way more often for sure.
