The food was cold, some items were microwaved, and when I asked for a replacement or a refund, I paid in cash, but was told the printer wasn’t working, so I didn’t receive a receipt.

This Burger King never has anything in stock. Credit Card machines are always down. Line moves turtles slow. Employees move with no enthusiasm. Everything about this location is poor.

I use to work at Burger King when Burger King was King. Today, was a bad day. The burger looks like its been sitting for hours under the Sun. Not good.

It is the worst place to buy ase 5 minutes, go through the service of the sale from the first moment that the one that is supposed to be in charge, I took my order for my children, it was rude when I gave my change of money, I asked her why it was not complete and she told me to throw it away, this problem is sincerely stupid, if she wants to keep the change of money, it is rude, the lady will never return to this place, I do not recommend it 😡😡😠😠😠

4:57 am drive thru was closed but stores says 24 hrs if your going to close at certain time then take sign off saying 24 hrs. So working people going home at this time in the morning will NOT STOP AT ALL. 1ST AMD LAST TIME I WILL STOP HERE . EMPLOYEE DIDN'T NEED TO HE RUDE COULD OF EXPLAINED WHY IT WAS CLOSED. YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS
Over night staff greeted me told me only accepted cards at the moment. I said it's cool, it's a mobile order. Then 3 minutes later when I'm finished with my mobile order and now having paid via my phone app, the personnel that was taking my order never came back until 30 minutes later. It seemed as if they were hiding in the back purposely not taking my order seriously and the whole 30 minutes I went back and forth from the speaker to the window several times and while at the speaker I heard moaning through it. Whatever that was about I don't know but this was completely am unprofessional and conscious effort to deliberately not have to work. I'm now considering never eating at Burger King again.

I went thur drive thur and the manager was very very rude and I was just asking her was there a 6 piece nugget meal because I saw it on the menu. She was rude and then just stop talking to me in the drive thur. The line continue to get long and she would not respond to me.
