4:57 am drive thru was closed but stores says 24 hrs if your going to close at certain time then take sign off saying 24 hrs. So working people going home at this time in the morning will NOT STOP AT ALL. 1ST AMD LAST TIME I WILL STOP HERE . EMPLOYEE DIDN'T NEED TO HE RUDE COULD OF EXPLAINED WHY IT WAS CLOSED. YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS

Over night staff greeted me told me only accepted cards at the moment. I said it's cool, it's a mobile order. Then 3 minutes later when I'm finished with my mobile order and now having paid via my phone app, the personnel that was taking my order never came back until 30 minutes later. It seemed as if they were hiding in the back purposely not taking my order seriously and the whole 30 minutes I went back and forth from the speaker to the window several times and while at the speaker I heard moaning through it. Whatever that was about I don't know but this was completely am unprofessional and conscious effort to deliberately not have to work. I'm now considering never eating at Burger King again.

I went thur drive thur and the manager was very very rude and I was just asking her was there a 6 piece nugget meal because I saw it on the menu. She was rude and then just stop talking to me in the drive thur. The line continue to get long and she would not respond to me.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger, medium onion rings, and a medium drink. When I got to the window, the employee mumbled the total—didn’t think much of it and handed her a $20 bill. She gave me back $1.55 in change.

When I pointed it out, she quickly said it was a mistake and handed me a $10 bill, which made the total more accurate.

Not sure if it was an honest mistake or something else, but just wanted to give others a heads-up: Always double-check your change.

My fries had mold in them. I placed an almost $50 dollar order and all they offered me for the inconvenience was a $10 coupon. I would think twice about coming to this location. Was disgusting

Update: my son ended up having food poisoning..I don’t doubt it was from this.

The worst drive through. A girl asking twice what kind of drinks and did not give the food which was already sitting there.. need to put a smart people! So awful and bad! Wasting my time so much!

Order was wrong. Paid extra for cheese and did not get it. Added extra pickles and did not get it. Tried to call but no answer. Tried to take survey but no receipt. This is the worst Burger King
