I spent over 5 minutes waiting at the drive-thru window, which was already frustrating. I ordered two wraps, and the tortillas were stale and chewy they seemed expired. I also paid extra for added cheese, but it wasn’t included. On top of that, the bacon was undercooked. It was honestly a disgusting and disappointing experience.

Stop by for lunch. Big mistake. Ordered a whopper meal. Bottom bun was burned. The patty was dry and crispy charred on the outer edges as if it was cooked earlier and possibly reheated. Completely disgusting. Do not recommend this place. All fountain drinks were flat.

I've been going to this location from time to time and I can definitely tell the differences between then and now. The customer service has improved tremendously. There are new employees during the day and they were fast and smiley. I enjoyed coming here the last few times.

Not sure how you can mess up french fries so badly. We waited 15 minutes for one large fries. They came cold, with no salt, and half-full. When we complained, they were rude. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave us new ones that were hot and salted.

Can we please shut this Burger King down! It’s a waste of space & it’s never any good service here. Please just shut it down already. Look at all these bad reviews. Came here one visit & the drive thru worker was literally having a phone call as he’s taking my order & proceeds to get mad at me as he’s confusing me. I’m convinced this spot is here to hide money laundering

They need more employees to fulfill more orders, they are a bit lazy but get it done I went today sun dec 1 8:00 they didn't take 2 separate orders and when I went around to make my second order they said they were closed

Avoid this location if possible. Always very slow even when there is only 1 car in the drive thru. Always getting the order wrong or leftover / cold food.

Vegetarian options: Whole new crew needed. This place is a mess.

This was the wor st. Burger King ever. Her name is Mary. Her name is Mary the manager and she is so rude. They've got our order wrong and I will never come to this Burger King again. If you want a bad Burger King to go to this will be the place. I hope they do better. God bless this Burger

Can't say what the service was like, but I think the fries were undercooked or soggy. Limp and it doesn't exactly feel like it should? Food came in too cold, but we don't mind that.

This entire order feels a bit too sloppy, but I'm unsure about complaining further? I don't want to be contacted cause it's just that shameful of a meal.

No ill will towards anyone. I'm just wondering how it turned out this off? Wet, soggy, barely warm, but barely edible when I've tried warming em. Fries were turned away by basically everyone the order was for. It doesn't feel like cold fries, it feels like undercooked and cold fries

Update: My lil brother's coke has a strange aftertaste too? Y'all, I can't be nice about how disappointing and messed up everything is :(

Every time I come to this particular BK it's never fresh, so I stop going, well I was very hungry today and decided to get a meal around 2pm, the manager took our order in the drive through window, a another employee was standing across the street for got her phone, so she hurling across the street get my phone, so now I have two people at my car window who I do not know waiting for the Manager to pass the phone through the window, and she did while we was sitting there, on top of that our food was not fresh it was warm like it was sitting out for a while, and the coke had very little ice with flat coke, very very bad management and disrespectful employees, they could have went inside and got her phone, not stood at my car window...
