I don’t normally go to bk but when I do and if it’s ever this one, I’m usually a little disappointed. The few times I’ve swung by here, they usually have an attitude even though they’re like never busy. Also they never have the toy that’s advertised so????

I am an Uber driver and had to use the ladies' room really badly, and they would not let me use it till after I bought something. I was trying to pay with the phone but had to go so badly I couldn't see straight. Asked if I could make a purchase afterward, and they refused. I finally made purchases, and they let me use the ladies' room. When I came out, I got my food and asked for a receipt. The manager had an attitude

Man ol man!!!!!! This has got to be the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to.. I went through the drive thru and the guy told us to go around front. I waited 12 minutes before I went inside. There were about 5 workers in the back who were so overwhelmed. Definitely poor management skills. Everybody knows that your busiest times are in the am on the way to work. Noon for lunch and your evening on the way home. Any good manager should know how There store works. Definitely unprofessional. The food was decent but the service is what made me not even want the food.
