I asked 3 times for heavy onion and heavy mayo. They give me my burger with nothing only meat and mayo!!!

Their drive thru opens at 6 am. We were there at 6 am trying to order. No one said anything at the speaker. Once we drove to the window (because no one answered at the drive thru speaker) the woman would not answer. We even tried to gesture let us ask a question and she still wouldn't open the window

1’s across the board. This food is so disgusting, the fries were re-dipped in oil when we asked for “no salt”, the burger is OK, and the chicken nuggets were as hard as a brick. Poor customer service, I asked if I could be refunded for the bricks they put in my bag and the rude guy on the phone said the manager was “too busy” and that I need to drive 20 minutes back to restaurant to bring food. If I could share the videos of me knocking all the chicken nuggets on my table..I WOULD. Do better!

The bathrooms don't work and neither does the soda machine. The soft drink is served to you by the same people at the restaurant but only a glass and nothing else. Very bad service, good food.

Every time I come here, they act like they can never get my order right. They are so unorganized and slow. No customers inside, I waited for my food for thirty mins, once I pulled up to the window they go over three orders that weren’t even mine. The burger was not seasoned and looked like it was old and light from sitting there. 0 stars but impossible, I do not recommend anything from here

One of the worst disgusting places to eat. The team is very rude. They are playing all day. They talk bad to their customers. And they not sanitary. Very disgusting. They don’t clean their areas. The 3 people who are working in back are back there playing. So they constantly messing up orders. Not to be mean. There is a homeless man who sleeps in there. He is touching all over the soda machine and condiments. There was a young black lady there with a shaved head who I’m going to report for some things she said about me. I don’t want to repeat it. All because they had to recook my food and make me wait over again. Was mad at me for giving me the wiring order.
