Javier had a 10 minute conversation before acknowledging me, and also the cook was behind the counter, making food while touching their phone and still using the same gloves. When I asked for my food to be remade, I was told that it’s already ready. I don’t wanna waste it. I asked for a refund and a receipt and I was told that I could not have a receipt. Given cash refund but at the end of the day that’s unsanitary to give somebody food that has been touched that you’re supposed to have gloves on and not touch your phone while handling food.

The worst possible food place in several miles.

The wait alone is completely unacceptable, however the fact that they will almost always get your order wrong after making you wait, just adds to it.
Then once you do get your order (right or wrong)
You better have gotten it with out mayo because if you didn't 😆 your oder is going to be swimming in it.
The horrid customer service and bad food leave nothing positive about this location.
The average wait time for me during the 10 times I measured in the last two months is 15 minutes, and many of those times were more then 20 minutes for a whopper meal with frys and a drink.
Just to more often then not get the wrong order or have the burger COVERED in mayo.
When you bring this up you get eye rolls and attitude instead of fixes.
Do not vist this location it is a disgusting inexcusable joke of a location, with an even more laughable crew.

I try to enjoy my lunch in this location but I think is the manager one man that was mad and treated Costumers like employees, so rude this guy, it look that is the way he treated the employees too, Horrible experience, he try with me but I stop him,I hope this company fire this guy He doesn't deserve work for this company and location, I don't recommend this location.

service is extremely slow. this place is no where close to busy, however the wait time is highly ridiculous. there is no sense of urgency and no care for service and customers. the driver through with 2 cars can take 30mins

Wonderful service, asked for no salt on fries. They were so busy talking the lady salted the fries. Once the cashier remembers, she placed the fries back in the grease and fried them some more. They were hard!!!
