Dear Burger King,

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience at the Burger King located at 8003 Long Point Rd, Houston, TX 77055 on December 17, 2025, between 4:30 and 4:40 PM.

I am a frequent customer at this location because I have previously appreciated their fresh-to-order service. On this visit, I used the drive-thru and ordered a plain double Impossible Whopper and a bottled water. I specifically requested the sandwich to be plain because I am lactose intolerant and cannot consume dairy products. I was charged $11.52 for my order.

After paying, I waited at the window for some time, assuming my order was being prepared fresh. When the food was handed to me, the employee was rude in his interaction. I drove off, then stopped shortly afterward to check my order. To my surprise, the sandwich contained two slices of cheese, despite my clear request for a plain sandwich.

I immediately returned to the restaurant to explain the mistake. While addressing the issue, staff members were laughing and snickering, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. To avoid escalating the situation inside, I returned to the drive-thru and requested a refund, returning the bottled water since I could not eat the sandwich.

The employee refused to issue a refund, stated that “it was done now,” and became increasingly hostile. Despite repeatedly and calmly requesting my money back, he used profanity, laughed at me, and ultimately threw $7 at me through the window. I was shocked by this behavior.

I exited my vehicle and went inside the restaurant to retrieve the full refund. The employee continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. When he finally produced the full $11.52, he held onto the money and engaged in a tug-of-war with me, treating the situation as if it were a joke. I had to pull the money from his hand before leaving the restaurant.

This incident occurred on my day off while I was simply trying to get a quick meal. Instead, I experienced unnecessary stress, humiliation, and unprofessional conduct that I have never encountered at a Burger King before. The behavior demonstrated by this employee was unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Due to this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location, and it has negatively impacted my trust in the brand overall. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed and addressed to prevent future customers from experiencing similar treatment.

These folks are so nice at this location. Plus they have real milk soft serve ice cream. Best part $1.58 a cone all the other places are 12 to $18 for a dang ice cream. I stick with BK and have it my way! CHEAP AND YUMMY

Went through the drive thru and met these two Hispanic guys working there. I don't know their names but they were hella funny and really brightened my day absolute 10 star experience. If they read this then I was the volleyball girl in the red shirt with my accountant mom 🔥🔥

Very disappointed. I was given the wrong order and couldn't eat it, so I had to throw it away. I called and left a voicemail, but never received a call back. Poor customer service and a waste of money. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered through the BK app. There are coupons available on the app. It was easy, and I went to the drive thru to pick up my food. The Whopper is the best burger! None of their other burgers are as tasty as the Whopper.

my Whopper was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of toppings. The fries were hot and crispy, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the staff made sure everything was in order. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had lately. Will be coming back for sure!

They just clear all their orders to make their numbers look good for corporate but then they dont know wtf their doing and skip your order
