This location may have been renovated, but the service and food quality have significantly declined. The staff appeared poorly trained and disorganized, and the operation was extremely inefficient. I waited 25 minutes for a simple order. When it was finally handed to me, the burger was cold, the soda tasted off, and they did not have toys for my kids’ Happy Meals, which is unacceptable for a Burger King. Long wait times might be understandable if the food quality matched, but it didn’t. A remodel means nothing when basic standards are not met. This experience reflects poor management, lack of training, and disregard for customers’ time. I will not return to this location and would not recommend it to others until serious changes are made.

Every time I come here the workers are rude, I walked to the drive thru window because they say the lobby is closed and then they want to play dumb and literally mock me for not having a car and start calling me a bum? I literally do the same work, I work overnight at Jack in the Box and they act like their job is hard? Then 5 of the workers left their station to confront me outside and started harassing me saying they plan to jump me. Insane makes no sense
