I went today to ask for a triple whopper and the guy taking my order couldn't correctly express that they do not made those no more! everyone knows that they had that before, he ring me up for an impossible with a extra party, i was so hungry that i didn't care, I end up paying over 17 dollar for a meal that it was incorrectly wrong. first... they couldn't not make an extra patty for it, and they end up make up with a chicken sandwich that they make pay for it, that why do you see in these recipe that they charge me for small fry for it, to make up the whole money for it, instead to give for free and apologies for their mistake, but THAT WAS NOT ALL... still gave me the wrong burger with no cheese at all even when they already charged me for it. unfortunately i find out about this only when i wend back to my desk and had a bite for it, i did not feel the cheese flavor in it, and then i looked... oh surprise, no double patty no cheese at all! i got so damn pissed, i had to come back again, get off of my car wait and patiently waited on line to talk calmly to the manager and demand my burger, they got mad, they treat me with not respect and at the end they couldn't even apologies for it. at the end i end up mad, and asked for my money back, SO POORLY WAY TO HANDLE THINGS manager need to be removed. you know what could have me less mad at that point, if they just would let me keep that food that i already touched and bit off... but NOT THEY TOOK IT AND PUT IN THE TRASH LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG stupid people, never go back again... food is not good anyways

Just went to order a bacon king, they sell it without an the 2 slices of cheeses, i proceed to tell them, they "fixed" it giving me the same burger with out the proper cheese. If I am not mistaken this is false advertisement !
