I have been coming here for a couple months now and everytime I come here I am faced with a problem. Whether it's missing food out of my order, straws, napkins, etc., the biggest thing is the attitude of the employees. There are a handful of times that I can recall having rude service here. Most of the time I come it's after 6-8 and there is this one red haired lady that has an attitude with me when I explained to her that I cannot have mayo and told her I needed a new burger especially because I paid for my food and asked not to have mayo due to an allergy. I feel I should not have to fear and wonder what's going on and if the employees handling my food are paying well attention especially when dealing with an allergy. After talking talking the red hair lady for a couple minutes she ended up getting me a new burger. I just didnt feel like it was cooked right or it was old because it had a rubbery hard texture and it had me sick all night. By the end of the night I was throwing everything up that i had ate. After this lastime I will not be coming back here after dealing with this lady and her attitude and the quality of the food or poor cleaning that could be going on behind doors, I will just choose to eat elsewhere, If I could put 0 stars instead of 1 , I would..

I love Burger King, and this is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered. Countless online orders made well in advance, and I still had to wait another 10-20 mins inside. The employees treated me like *I* was the jerk, every single time. Zero apologies. Zero accountability. How the hell is this one still in business lmao

I visit this place a lot for my lunch break and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Speed of service is awesome, and my food is always made fresh! If there is one thing that I can change about this place, it is the dress code. Pants below the butt cheeks should not be acceptable, but that's my opinion. Other than that, this is a good location to eat.
I just went to this burger King I'm a metro bus driver and was trying to make a order and pick it up on my way back the lobby closes at 10 and I had to have gotten their about that time now I understand the closing time but if I'm driving the bus and it's 10 cars in the drive thru why would u tell me to go thru the drive thru and when I saying I'm a bus driver I'm then ignored The only thing I'm saying is.Make sure that the same employees that ride my bus to go to this. Establishment? to earn a paycheck keep the same professionalism when they're late.Run to the bus stop and i'm sitting there waiting for them
