what is the purpose of ordering your food “your way” when they’re gonna order it their way anyway?!! i ordered the bacon cheese whopper with NO onions and a fanta frozen drink. i repeated my order at least 3 times. i pull up to the window to pay and receive mah order. i was handed a “strawberry lemonade” and i handed it back. then im given my food which according to the paper says “whopper b/c” so i inquired if the note “NO onions” was noted to the cook. the lady said no ??‍♀️??‍♀️ thankfully i am NOT allergic to onions but i prefer NO onions. i just didnt want to wait with 2 kids for it to be remade at 10p ??‍♀️??‍♀️ i doubt i will go back to this location

Good is good like any other Burger King. But someone who works here stole my card. The last place I used it was the drive thru. Didn't notice I didn't get it back and when I noticed it was missing, thought I'd eventually find it in a pair of pants. I know it was a worker because the charges were all in this area, and several charges there at the Burger King, one for .27 cents. There is nothing on the menu for .27 cents. They were just trying out a small amount before making an actual purchase.

The slowest drive thru EVER. Every time I come here no matter if there’s one or five cars ahead of me it’s always always a long wait. I placed my order and was told to drive around to the front since there was already two other cars waiting. As I waited I watched them have every single car drive around. Not one person was given their food at the window. They should really look into how Chick fil A runs their drive thru. This is horrible that it’s at every Burger King I go to.

our office just recently moved to this location and its disappointing the service and food at this location. today i went to get a whopper i love whoppers and the employee asks with cheese or no cheese and i specifically told her NO CHEESE. and they gave me my order with cheese. This is not the first time this has happen at this location. I have received old fries from here. the customer service is ok but you guys need to check on the small details. if i want a whopper i now need to go to another location further from my job...not cool at all!

Twice visited this site, service was less than desirable, onthis visit , I'm asked to wait at drive thru, no problem, waited for over 8 minutes, went inside, to find ALL of them trying to extinguish a small fire. Workers in here are not the sharpest tools in the shed.Whoever owns this franchise needs to shake things up, get brighter more intelligent people.

I’m a senior citizen that wears a hearing device I’ll be going to this location for years but I stopped like 2 weeks ago because this place has been turned into a place where people just goes to be there like a barber shop or something like that. I yell my order every time because the employees cannot hear me because there’s a man who is always there talking really loud. He’s always drinking from a cup that it’s not from Burger King so he’s not paying customer. I asked the cashier why didn’t they say something to him/them and she just stared at me so I asked if they are afraid to say something and she only said I’m sorry. This place is always full of people sleeping there and talking really loud. This is driving customers like me away, I hope my review gets attention from the manager or owner because I do want to have my breakfast in peace instead of getting my food to-go. I saw this men going to the restroom with his cup and a black plastic bag and this was in the trash can in the men’s restroom after he left. I though about it a lot before leaving this review but it is what it is and something needs to change at this place

I ordered on the App spent 1750 crowns and almost 2 dollars and me and my mother ate like champions. Went thru drive thru and window Attendant or whatever you call them was really nice and helpful. They got my order right and the food was great.Parking: Parking lot on front and side of building plenty of space available and even handicap spots.Kid-friendliness: They have Kids Meals and Kids ItemsWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and a ramp to access sidewalk and doors to accommodate all Walk Aids or Rolling Aids

11/17/2023. Poor representation of "BURGER KING" Very poor service on the drive thru ordered 3 meals and they forgot to put Burgers in 2 of the bags. And the burgers just have no good flavor.
