I’ve come here plenty of times at night and they simply don’t answer when you come to the mic . I was waiting at the mic and it’s literally a line and they don’t answer and they didn’t even say nothing. Like this location is overall horrible

This is actually a good Burger King. The food is always fresh and the people inside are friendly. It’s the only Burger King I trust in this area tbh. I would definitely recommend if you like good Burger King. & the black guy in the window always has such good customer service! He definitely should be a manager!
These people can't follow simple instructions. Every time I place an order thru their app or thru door dash, everything is wrong. They can't even put the sauces in the bag! Ever!! It clearly says on the receipt taped to the bag and they still mess up EVERY SINGLE TIME. completely useless staff members.

Asked specifically for fresh fries and I got cold fries . Then got attitude for asking for them to be remade. Also my chicken fries were cold as af . Burger was good but I paid close to $19 for burger fries + chicken fries and a pie and I expect to get fresh food not cold food ridiculous.

I was a bit nervous walking into this location. However to my surprise it was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. The manager Laura was providing sound direction and guidance to one of the employees. GM was great too. Great job all around
