Charged me 3$ for a large cup of ice and caught an attitude when I asked why I was charged 3$ for a large cup of ice. Safe to say their customer service is lackluster as usual. Food is always lukewarm and there is hardly ever a friendly smile in sight. For how much they charge they should at least pretend they care

I went here today, 6/22/2025, this lady right here in the pictures below, she didn’t have a name tag on, but I asked her what her name was and she said Carla. Carla is very rude, argumentative, sarcastic, unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. She refused to take my order and told some one else to take my order. She said under her breath “oh lord” towards me, so I asked her what she said, and she repeated it. She began arguing back and forth with me. She is really nasty , has no customer service skills at all. You should not be talking about or making comments about your customers out loud where they can hear you. I will never go here again!

Food is always on point (at least when I visit)

Critically Honest

I’ll keep it brief, with beginning low expectations when I entered the establishment:

Soda is very watery, fries are extremely salted (I mean extremely), and the music is weird NPC music that I would hate to listen to all the time as an employee (it’s like I’m in a video game character customization screen all the time), the burger was tasteless and unseasoned with poor veggies. I don’t keep high expectations for fast food places but this was a very poor performance even with that in mind.

Service was great though, no complaints there.

This has to be the most sanitized version of Burger King. There is no type of Personality or identity at all! It might as well be an automated location because the workers there are like drones. You have to tell them every time to cook your food fresh. I know that you can have it your way but if they had it their way you would get it NO WAY!

I tried to order through the drive-thru, but I couldn't understand the person who had taken the order. I explained that I was hearing impaired, but she didn't speak up. I needed up going inside to order. The girl did not say much nor move quickly enough from her spot as she was leaning over the metal counter on her phone. I apologize for not understanding her, but she rolled her eyes. When my food was ready, she didn't say anything but shook my bag, then rudly said here.

Every single time we go after 11pm they’re either “closed for 15 minutes for staff meeting” randomly at 11:08 or “system messed up only taking online orders” “closed for staff change over” randomly at 11:17 how do you even do a shift change at 11:17?? or just simply don’t answer the drive thru. whatever management and workers run the night shift need to be fired, there is barely any late night food options in Jersey Village and this one is HORRID.
