Food quality was not good. You don’t get that nice savory whopper that you usually would. Also, the place is so dirty. They have nice couch chairs in the play area, but you can’t sit on them because they’re so sticky. They haven’t been wiped down/cleaned in so long. Overall the atmosphere is just not good for a food place. Also, no changing stations for babies in the restroom.

This Burger King advertises that it closes at 2:00 a.m., yet at 10:00 p.m. I was told they couldn’t make a shake because “the ice cream machine is already off for the night.” This isn’t the first time this has happened. After 9:00 p.m., they regularly refuse to make shakes—not because the machine is broken, but because employees don’t want to clean it later. That means customers are being denied menu items while the restaurant is still open for several more hours. If you’re open until 2 a.m., you should be serving the full menu, or at least be honest and adjust your hours or availability. Turning off equipment early and refusing products is poor customer service and misleading to customers who come specifically for those items.

Ordered the new steakhouse burger. The mushrooms were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted around 2 PM. Burger King was my favorite burger but now I’m starting to think differently because my wife doesn’t like it at all..

Went to Burger King today for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. Dylan took our order, and when I asked about the combo deal promotion being advertised, he told me I needed to mention it when ordering—but said he would apply it anyway. I explained that I don’t typically eat out and wasn’t familiar with the promotion, to which he replied that I needed to study the menu prior to ordering. That response felt unnecessary and unhelpful. If customers have questions, staff should be able to explain the menu rather than make them feel uncomfortable for asking.
What concerned me even more was that Dylan handled my payment and then proceeded to handle food without washing or sanitizing his hands. That’s a basic food safety issue and very off-putting as a customer.
The food quality was also poor. The two large fries were stale and barely filled. The five junior Whoppers were sloppily put together, with no consistency at all. I understand fast food isn’t gourmet, but the quality has clearly declined. Between the customer service, food quality, and hygiene concerns, this location really needs better training overall.

This location sucks, they do not know how to cancel an Uber delivery if they are out of the items you order. We were still charged a cancellation fee. Very poor experience at this location every single time.

If you eat inside you wouldn’t even want to go through drive through because of how dirty it is inside. Just disgusting! Sticky floors spiderwebs in kids area, trash everywhere. Managers just don’t care because this place should be shut down. The entire place reminded me of a gas station bathroom. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will never go back to this Burger King. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but beware this is place is not clean and doesn’t seem to get cleaned at all!!! And be careful with the chairs a few legs were bent someone eventually will get injured.
