While at the restaurant yesterday around 12:30pm. I was craving a burger and noticed the girl in the back placing the beef on the bun using her hands without gloves. Yuk!

horrible service the man who took my order was giving me attitude. He was annoyed when i asked a simple question if came with a drink also i will say this that the young lady at the window was very nice when i asked her a question just to clarify what I saw on the board.I gave her my card and she gave it back to me 20 seconds go by and she says that they of the pie i ordered the manger came aro the corner with an annoyed look on his face and said something to him they both laughed it was very toxic and a horrible experience i will not go there again.

The restroom smells like a sewer hole. There is a strong garbage smell outside of the restaurant.
It is usually me and one other person in the restaurant when I order early in the morning. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get my order. It seems as if the staff is half asleep. The staff moves in super slow mode.

Was picking up a DoorDash was patient sat in lobby for 1-2 minutes and was looked at by 2 employees, when I asked for assistance he yelled at me and said to be patient, very unprofessional called me white trash too when I work in a warehouse and he works at Burger King, someone doesn’t know they’re trash being 30+ working in such an establishment

I swear everyone they hire here is dumb as hell. They get the order wrong the last million times I came by They always forget something. I feel so dumb coming here and taking the chances each time. I should've taken the extra minute to get to mcdonalds I wasted my minute going back through the drive through anyway

He was a young Hispanic guy, I just wanted to share this because he has some qualities hard to come by at fast food restaurants these days. Shout out to you young man! Keep up the good work.
