I went to this location with my children because we were in the area. The cashier wrong my order up wrong. When I reviewed my receipt and noticed the error I kindly asked the cashier to refund me my money. The cashier explained to me that they don't give refunds. That came as a total shock to me because anywhere you go and something is wrong especially when it's not on your behalf they give you your money back, that's just quality customer service. Apparently at this location they don't give refunds. So I asked to speak to the manager and the manager comes up and say the exact same thing and tries to get me to order more things in replace of the money. In fact the things that he was trying to give me wasn't even equivalent to the amount of money that was owed back to me. I went back and forth with this guy for a while before he decided to give me my money back. Then when he gave me my money back it still wasn't the right amount that he was supposed to give me back. The manager explained to me that his general store manager told him not to give refunds. Once he gave me the money back he then calls the manager over the store and explains the situation. I don't really know what was said over the phone but I did realize that the guy was not lying to me. So this took me by total surprise because in all the years I've been going to Burger King I've never had this issue before. So I called other Burger Kings to see if this was a restaurant United decision and it was not. Other Burger Kings give refunds in accordance to whoever messed up the order. So I was even more surprised. I'm like what's so different about this location that they don't give refunds, that's still not making any sense to me. I can't blame the workers because they're only following orders from their store manager. However, we will not be going back to this location because that is not quality customer service. If you cause a problem you should fix the problem not try to force someone to get something that they don't want all because you guys don't want to give a refund. On top of that the burgers, that we ordered they were nice they were fine they did it correctly, however the fries were old, cold and over salted but due to what I went through I did not go back to even get them to correct it. It's just too much. I was already reluctant to go to Burger King because I wanted to eat somewhere else but my children had such an awesome experience at the location in Danville Kentucky Burger King that they wanted to go back to Burger King. This is not my usual experience for Burger King so I just will not be going back to this location.

Immature drive-thru customer service representative kept laughing and cursing after every order placement. He kept being immature, laughing, and cursing. We decided to go elsewhere. I have given this establishment many tries, and its employees always screw it up.

Morning employee outside smoking, that didn't even appear to be an employee, aggressively stared me down and was confrontational when I complained to the BFS cashier when I learned it was't a loitering crackhead but in fact the BK morning shift. Won't be returning. Wouldn't recommend eating food touched by that guy either. ?

Disgustingly bland food.I know sometimes people call food bland and it still has flavor, this i not one of those times. There is a good reason nobody comes here. It is so horrifically bland, that I actually just let bites fall out of my mouth and onto the wrapper I was eating above. The fries, despite having plenty of salt, were flavorless. Nothing has any taste. Even their condiments and veggies have less flavor than paper. What in the world are they using to make "food" over there!?

There was nobody at the counter to take orders.. the only person working is taking orders at the drive thru and he has to do both jobs .. Why would Burger King even open this place is beyond me.. Stay away from Burger King as they have overworked employees that result to poor service and lousy food!
