I recently visited the Burger King located on Steuben and Airline in Houston, TX, and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The employee at the drive-thru was impatient and dismissive when I was trying to place my order. My voice was hoarse, and instead of understanding, she acted annoyed and unprofessional.
When I asked to proceed to the second window to make things easier, her behavior only got worse. She mocked the way I was speaking and showed no interest in assisting me further. To make matters worse, she refused to take my payment promptly and chose to squat on the floor instead of fulfilling her duties.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, but it’s by far the most upsetting. It’s a shame because there is an older employee who provides fantastic service, but the younger staff seem to lack professionalism and basic respect for customers.
This establishment needs to take immediate action to retrain their staff on customer service and professionalism. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I don't dine here very often but each time I go the service is very slow and very poor. I like the Impossible Whopper otherwise I would never go here. I don't understand why management makes no effort to train employees to provide at least an acceptable level of service.
