Definitely not expecting fine dining level of service, but the quality of employees and their level of caring/service is horrendous. I would not expect college level intellectuals working behind the counter, but maybe at least high school level. Their inability to understand the order or even repeat it back was mind boggling. After repeating order multiple times it was still incorrect and I just decided to cut my losses. That’s definitely what I get for going against my better judgment and grabbing some fast food during our winter freeze. I will not make that mistake again.

Youngn ladies not trained properly, I try to buy something to eat with a coupon servey I filled out, and received a confirmation number, and they told me, that the number was no good, That the survey code doesn't start off with letters, I was confused, So I went to another Burger King franchise and I didn't have a problem, at all with the survey code, Only thing I had to do was buy a small drink and regular order of 🍟 fries, I'll never will dine at that burger king franchise it
The new GM is great, my food has been fresh and good. I recommend !
Me and other people that had just walked in Work kicked out of the dining area when the woman manager with light blue hair came out and put a sign up, closing the dining room because the drive-through was packed. Forcing me in four other dine in people to leave.

Everytime we order from this place via mobile app or drive thru there is an issue with the order. In the past orders, the food was cold or something was wrong with the order. Today we put in a mobile order hoping to not have any issues and when we get to the drive thru the worker said they are not making whoppers. Our mobile order had 2 whoppers, so we asked if we can cancel the order. Well since it was a mobile order, the employee said they couldn’t cancel/refund the money so we had to do it via the mobile app. The mobile app is not easy to navigate trying to get in contact with an actual human via chat since there is no customer service number. There is just always something going on with this location at different days/times of the week.

Great atmosphere loved the chill vibe and quick service! Food was awesome hot and fresh! Burger King crew was on point with everything! Definitely will be coming back to dine here!

Two associates at the register and neither knew how to complete a split payment. As such, they charged my debit card for the wrong amount. A Manger was not on duty and neither was a senior associate. The manager had to be called, over the associate's telephone, to cancel my order and provide my refund.

5/5 Stars: A Standout Burger King Experience!
I have been a consistent customer at this Burger King location for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best run fast-food spots around.
The quality of the food is always fantastic—hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. But what really makes the difference is the truly excellent customer service. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and they clearly take pride in their work.
A special shout-out to the manager, Annette. It’s obvious that Annette runs a tight ship, as the entire team operates smoothly and professionally. Management like this is why I keep coming back week after week. Keep up the amazing work!

Going in was great. BUT everytime I order on Uber they ALWAYS 100 PERCENT OF THE TIME get my burgers wrong. I ask for plain. I get it made with everything. Everytime. Sick of it. Never ordering again. Never using this location again. Telling friends and family not to as well

Ordered a number 1 with cheese, fries no salt at the drive thru. The guy said they had to make the fries so he asked me to pull to the side, I sat and waited forever just to get home to fries covered in salt and a old tasting burger smh very disappointed but, not surprised at all because this location is a hit and miss for sure smh.
Everything was ordered fine on the app.The receipt shows the correct order.What was delivered was incorrect. Going through their bot on the app, the only resolution is to give away free products and not try to fix the real problem. Whoever built the app needs to be fired!!! It doesn't fix the problem.It masks the entire situation with freebies.
Good fast food, fast foods type service and atmosphere. The apo is questionable, the customer service bot is horrid.

The counter was dirty bad sticky and the ketchup packets they put in my bag was too. I ordered a #2 with extra pickles and didn't get extra pickles but extra extra jalapenos. I took it back and was told they come with them. I looked it up no where but on her screen says they come with them not online or when you order it on Uber or dash you have to pay to add them. I asked for my money back and she refused to give it back. She told me she was the manager but I need to come back in the morning to talk to a other manager.
