They are under renovations but drive thru is supposed to still be active, well I stopped by today to see an employee and her presumed daughter outside. As soon as I pulled in to the drive thru they went inside I figured it was to get ready to take my order, I sat at the window for over 15 minutes without even receiving a “one moment” or “I’ll be with you shortly” nope just silence I went to the window and still didn’t see anyone. So she was just ignoring me. If you’re open then be prepared to work.

Not terrible, but not great. I still don't understand why people want to sell you cold food. The onion rings were old and cold. Tasted like they've been sitting there all day.
The whopper was OK, but it was not hot and fresh.
The staff was friendly.
They need to clean the dirty tables here.

Morning crew is the worst ever. Manager never there to resolve issues, when she’s there she ignores and just tells you “Okay” it’s very frustrating that I have to come back 3-4 times to even try to talk tot he GM she’s never there and when she’s finally there doesn’t care about the customers. I think they just lost a regular customer. I been going to this location since they open. Yes it has change managers constantly, but they are just getting out of head. Hell the lady at night is more helpful than the actual “General Manager” how is that even possible.

Live close so is convenient 😌 they use to have great customer service even this girl that works nights was nice, now she is rude always has a bad attitude 😒 complains is we ask for ketchup they always forget when we add cheese, I paid the 58 cents with exact charge she cursed at me in spanish a la madre okay is your job take the change she just gave it back rude to my friend but is okay God bless her been wanting to write this review

Was sitting at this location after just getting done with work and waiting for my husband to get off work. But when I went to use their restroom accidentally leaving my phone next to my drink only to return to my drink was missing but my phone was still on the table and walked to the counter to confront the manager about it but was told there was nothing they could do and said I'd need to buy another drink.
Got there 8:30pm dining room closed clearly states it closes at 10pm?

Went thru the drive thru, no one helped. Assumed the drive thru box was broken since no one answered so went on to the 2nd window. One car in front of me talking to someone at the window. Sat there for over 8 minutes while they argued or chitchated, hard to tell. I was lucky I could back out all the way thru their long driveway.
