I ordered online. Waited forever. The cashier left and went to the floor and swept. When I was finally recognized and handed my order everything was cold. The pickle fries were refried and cold, I couldn't eat them. I ordered the cheesy tots again cold and gross.

My order was wrong had already pulled off headed to work. Tried to call the phone never answers!! I normally check my food first but has to rush off to work!
Long lines at the drive through been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Order was apparently forgotten. Finally got the order at 6:47. The excuse was they only had 2 cook.

Honestly one of the best fast food operations I’ve seen. Workers ere friendly and get the order right time after time, despite it getting super busy at times. Also, they make a lot of the food ready to order, meaning it comes out hot and fresh. Overall I couldn’t be happier and management really deserves their props

Slow service (20min wait), I was stuck between cars so I couldn't just pull out. Then they get your order wrong and give you attitude if you bring it to their attention. So ghetto. Drink had slime.

Staff was diligent and professional but understaffed. Couldn't believe the drive thru line had that many cars. Walked in the lobby. Has 5, maybe 6 employees trying to manage the job of 12 people.

Check your order before leaving drive through. Ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown, only received the sausage biscuit. The sausage biscuit was a relic from hell. The biscuit was so dried out that it was like a brick. I gave it to a homeless guy’s dog and the dog refused to eat it. I tried to break it into pieces with a screwdriver and it bent the screwdriver. Surly who ever wrapped it in paper would have noticed that it was hard as a brick and unappetizing, but they put it into a bag and gave it to me anyway. Perhaps it is a good thing that they left out the hash browns because I suspect that they would have been worse than the biscuit. Probably would have broken my garbage disposal. I wonder how many other atrocious biscuits they gave out that day. Perhaps they should include directions to the nearest ER in every order, just in case they give out a day old product that they just reheated in the microwave. Be sure that you have life insurance before you eat there. Don’t bring your children there, children protective services may open a case against you. But at least they were friendly. The only way I will ever go back there is if I am reincarnated. They should offer discounted caskets with all their orders.
You’ve heard of designated drivers, well if you eat there you may need a designated survivor, someone who can tell your relatives what happened to you. How in the hell do you screw up something as simple as a sausage biscuit? This place has figured out how to do so.
So if I avoid eating there once a week for the next year, 52 weeks, then the money that they thought they were saving by giving me an atrocious biscuit is off set by the hundreds of dollars that they lost from me not eating there. Penny wise pound foolish. I ultimately took the biscuit to a firing range and shot it with a shotgun, the range owner told me not to come back. He wasn’t amused when pellets ricocheted off the biscuit.
