The place is a bit dirty, it takes a long time to dispatch the order and apart from the fact that it took a long time to deliver the order, they deliver it poorly.

I ordered $32 worth of food was charged a delivery fee($2.99)a service fee($3.38)plus they ask you to tip driver I never received my food app customer service will get back to me in up to 48hrs i called the store asked for a manager was told not here today the Spanish speaking person on phone kept saying no no I can't help you I asked for someone who speaks English they hung up the phone I've called back 7 times in the past 40 minutes no answer??? How do you run a business like this??? Is this a corporate store or franchise???

Every time I go to their drive-through late at night, everything is great! My order is never wrong. The guy working the window is always polite, and the food is always freshly made. I always receive great service! The drive-through line also moves crazy fast for the time of night that I go there.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I must say this has to be the worst Burger King location I have ever been to. First of all, the restrooms are kept locked even for paying customers. I waited to long to get my food and by the time I got it it was cold. The lobby was filthy, even the drink station was just plain nasty. I will be reporting all this issues to health department.

This Burger King is bad. I went there and the customer service was horrible. I tried ordering fries at 9:20 (keep in mind the fries were on the menu for breakfast), and they said we didn't have fries at this hour. As customers, we should be able to ask and willingly pay for food. As for everything else, it was an average burger king. Good food and all that. The customer service was just unacceptable.

Hello good night tonight I went to this establishment I met someone young who after going to the bathroom I did not wash his hands back and served me my soda which I asked him to change it to see that he did not have any form of fire he was annoyed and asked to talk to his manager about it and said that he was the manager and yet I asked him for someone else and he did not answer what he did was to challenge him and make signs that he was carrying a gun . I do not want to go back to a parking lot like this reports comments because you do not know if that will be your last dinner . we are free we do not deserve to live like this with fear of buying a dinner without knowing if it is the last just because someone feels entitled

General manager doesnt not have customer service skills didn’t even greet me or anything just took my card, didn’t even tell me my total or take my order at the speaker, she started curse literally at herself while the window was open

Food was good. Service was lacking though. I guess the person who checked me in for my mobile order forgotten to tell the other staff I was there because after a 15 min wait when I was only customer I had to ask for my food. Then they tell me they didn't have any more of the cheesy tots so I told them to just credit it back but that was obviously a problem so they offered something else in it's place so I got cheese sticks but I then had to wait on them to cook then they didn't even cook a double order like the cheesy tots were only gave single order. Not very pleased with service this time. It's usually so much better. Quite disappointed actually.

They have an entrance door with an exit sign above it that is LOCKED. That against fire code and comes with a fine by the Fire Marshall.

In all my days... i PAYED for 6 double cheeseburgers and when i got home they are all single patties.. i called about 20 times and no answer. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever the cook is RIGHT NOW (Mon April 14th at 8:00pm) is a lazy human who should be fired. This was intentional. i expect a full refund!!!!

I normally love going to Burger King. This is my first time at this specific location. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I guess today is just one of those days.
I did go kinda late in the night, but they are open for 24 hrs. Should be cool right.
I’m not sure how many people were working, but they looked like irresponsible young people.
No customer service, and my order was completely wrong and I paid extra for add ons. L
I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal, with Swiss cheese and bacon. My sandwich came with neither! But is has an extreme, and I mean extreme amount of mayo on it! And also ordered for it to be cut in half ! And was just thrown together. My onion rings tasted like they were just reheated in the grease, and yall just serve that to people. Probably won’t be coming back unfortunately, I’m really disappointed I love Burger King.
