I got delivery literally 20 minutes ago and I'm missing my dessert and everything was cold and this is the second time it happens and this is unacceptable.

It's not possible to rinse off a cheeseburger to remove all the pepper and salt from it. Order was $13.09 with a shake and fries, which I asked for no salt on but that request was ignored. I threw out the fries and 75% of the double burger because it was inedible and would've made my dog puke if I gave it to him. I basically just threw that money away, or BK threw it away for me, right into their unearned profits. Highly disgusted, and the 1 star is far too much praise.
Can even open on time. The rest of the world has to be on time for work. You aren’t special.

It’s 11 PM and we came through the drive-through only to be told that they are closed and not taking any more orders for the night and that they have to work until 2 AM so they stopped early.
