If you’re looking for hours old - hard and cold chicken nuggets and fries, this is the place. My second time here, and my orders were served cold. This must explain why this place looks deserted.

I was disappointed with the service at this location. The front representative was not acknowledging the inside customers much of the time. I found myself yelling to get his attention, but still no acknowledgment. I had to wait for the young lady servicing the drive thru to assist me. The food was prepared as ordered, which took longer than expected. Inside, the dining area was well kept and clean. This location looked to be short staffed.
They forgot my fries and other burger. Then we're so rude at the windows. And even tried to fight my husband. Do not go here!

The manager and workers were so rude for no reason i had told them at the window that i wanted my order fresh. I don’t care if I have to wait an extra 10 or 15 minutes for my order to be out as long as it’s fresh or hot. Once I reached the window my order was cold like every single thing I got was cold. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee at the window said she was too busy answering calls. Like why is it so hard to make the order fresh when a customer asks for it. They had to remake my order just because they didn’t do it right the first time. Like i’m paying for the food so why would I pay to get cold food when all I asked for was for it to be hot. This burger king also over salts their fries I don’t know if it’s the teenagers they got working there that over-salt the fries but they gotta tell them something fr.

The cold meat and the potatoes are the same and when you mention the game to the manager he gets upset and something else when you ask him for the order again because you want to eat the potatoes Very hot what they do they reheat the potatoes again that's why I stopped going because of the bad service and the cold food.

September I ordered 2 meals 2 drinks and the drinks were all carbon, 0 dr pepper, i was annoyed not upset.Today I Oct. 4th I ordered 2 meals and 2 jr double cheese burger plain.i received 1 meal meat was dry and 2 jr cheese burger plain not the double cheese burgers. I'm done with this burger King. These employees act like they don't understand English.

Fries were cold, and the food was not good. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The windows had dead es, and the lived ones. The tables needed to be cleaned. Floors where in need of a broom and mop. I brought this to Management, and his response was, and you think you can do better.

The lady manager is rude, she has an attitude when you’re trying to place an order. If she doesn’t like her job she should get another. No reason to take your frustration out on client. French fries are over salted, you can tell she put more salt after they were in the container.

First time here for the indoor playground for my little one. Pros; Nice clean place with party hats for kids to grab from the table dividers. Big free indoor playground with 1 entrance/exit. Cons; only 3 tables inside playground, i sat outside and the plexiglass reflection is high, i hardly can see my child thru it.
