I ordered a Whopper with cheese and bacon, no onions. What I received was a Whopper with cheese, bacon and onion. Lol. This was minor for me but for someone who may be allergic to Onions this minor error could potentially be a big deal. Also it was during a busy time so I understood how this mistake could happen. Francisco provided exceptional customer service. Great attitude and polite. The area, I was in wasn't the best so that's why I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere. 4 stars for service for the mistake and 5 for the food because it wasn't thrown together. Thank you Burger King.

My mom was just there a few minutes ago at the front desk. They refuse to take her order because they told her they had to many orders waiting. Isn't that the reason why they are there for. If you aren't taking customers orders then you are at the wrong place you should have the door close and stay home. That is very disrespectful. People support the local food places their burgers are better and cost the same. You don't have to take shit from employees that are getting paid to be rude and disrespectful to clients. You pay their check. You deserve better than that.

There is no such thing as fast food anymore. Came here and there was a line. The cars dis not move 1 inch for 10 mins. Luckily there was no one else behind me and I was able to drive off. Two cars in front of me backed up and left as well.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Burger King location. After using the drive-thru, I realized my drink was missing. Since the drive-thru line was long, I tried going inside—only to find the door locked. An employee sitting near the entrance rudely dismissed me, insisting I go back through the drive-thru, even after I explained I just needed my missing drink.
When I persisted, another employee told me to go to the drive-thru *window* where cars were exiting, which was unsafe and inconvenient. They finally handed me the drink but did so with an attitude, as if helping me was a burden. The lack of basic customer service and common courtesy made this the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had.
Management should seriously retrain staff on how to handle simple customer concerns with respect. I won’t be returning to this location.

I stopped by there to grab some stuff for the family today and the young man working the drive through at 2 pm was really polite, very easy to deal with. It’s not something I often experience these days to the point I was a little shocked.that dude’s a good hand, hope management recognizes it.

Never buy from this establishment! There was a roach in my bag with my food. I got all the way home and fries were almost gone when i noticed it. Never again! Do not eat from them.

This Burger King needs an urgent health inspection. I saw roaches inside the restaurant, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the employees were unprofessional, seemed clueless, and acted like they didn’t care. Management needs to step in, train the staff properly, and get this location cleaned up immediately. This place is a joke
