Had a very great experience, mobile order at the drive thru tonight, there was a lengthy wait and they apologized for the wait; treated us very kindly and respectfully. I was impressed, food was warm and ready as soon as we drove up. Will be coming back.

Came in here for lunch today. This place is very nice and clean. Great customer service. The cashier name was victor. Very good at his job, great customer service. And in a very timely fashion. I would give this employee a 10 star. For great customer service.

Service Trip

The truth is it's shocking how the owner of a company or the managers or whoever it is can have such people working, that is, in their business attending to their business, undesirable people, disrespectful, rude, that is, they should literally close all Burger King stores 100%. It seems that you believe that because you are a large and famous chain, a business that has been around for many years, you have the right and the power to have such people working with the public, serving them rudely and poorly. In other words, you should choose your staff much better, the people who represent your business, please.

From messing up your order, to being on FaceTime while taking your order. Some of the most inattentive employees I’ve ever came across. Tear this bs down and build something else. Crazy thing is….. it’s only the women acting like this. Get another job if you don’t like where you at boo. Don’t bring your attitude to customers.

I came to the drive-through tonight, and the manager decided to close 10 to 14 minutes earlier than midnight during their posted time. It's tacky when major franchises fail to honor their schedules. So I proceeded next door to Taco Bell and was treated like a King vs. being told they were closed before midnight. SMH!!!

Came through drive thru and got a bacon cheeseburger and 4pc mozzarella fries. Noticed mozzarella fries were not fresh . Came back thru drive thru and they simply threw them back in grease and gave to me. I came inside and spoke to black guy with Locs and explained they were not fresh. He

Every time I come here it’s slow and poor service

Every time my husband and I come to this location is a problem. We rarely come due to poor service. This morning decided to come get some breakfast. The website says they open on Saturday at 7am. We just left here and it's 8am. There were atleast 3 people in front of me and they as well was turned away.
