I ordered on the app for dining in. 20 minutes later the app still showed they were working on it. I went to the counter and asked about my order. They handed me my order which had been ready for more than 15 minutes. The app didn't notify me. The friendly counter people didn't notify me either. Normally when an order is ready at other like restaurants, someone calls out a name or order number. At Burger King, they expect you to read their minds. That was the first and last time I'll ever order anything from Burger King.

I went to this location and asked to use the restroom, but it was locked with a keypad. The front desk staff told me I needed to buy something to use it and mentioned she was new and following the manager’s instructions.
I bought the small fries & told here to give homeless.

Never got my order. Do not order from their app. Cannot cancel orders after hours of waiting. Do not try to go in and get a refund. You will get ignored until the person you clearly saw was the manager leaves out the back as you watch them get in their car and leave.

The manager name Ameen he took Care of business right away, he replace my missing order plus hook me up with some dessert to cool off, now I’m a happy camper, nice work to keep your customers happy, keep up the good work you guys

I want to share my experience today, today I was served by a very attentive and sweet girl and even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted she guided me, I don't remember her name, but she was very kind, The difference was very noticeable because I usually go to this Burger King and they never serve me like that, Obviously I would like to repeat the experience and be able to be served by her again.

I would like to report a bad experience I had at this Burger King location. The manager, a Cuban lady, was not very polite or professional. She made me wait a long time for my order and didn’t seem interested in helping. When I finally received my food, the burger was in very poor condition. The meat was burned, the bread was dry, and it looked like it had been sitting there for a while. I was very disappointed because I expected better quality from Burger King. I’m attaching a photo so you can see how the burger looked. I only ordered a trio deal a whopper jr, some chicken fries and a drink. I hope this situation can be reviewed and improved because customers deserve better service and food

Had a very great experience, mobile order at the drive thru tonight, there was a lengthy wait and they apologized for the wait; treated us very kindly and respectfully. I was impressed, food was warm and ready as soon as we drove up. Will be coming back.

Came in here for lunch today. This place is very nice and clean. Great customer service. The cashier name was victor. Very good at his job, great customer service. And in a very timely fashion. I would give this employee a 10 star. For great customer service.

The truth is it's shocking how the owner of a company or the managers or whoever it is can have such people working, that is, in their business attending to their business, undesirable people, disrespectful, rude, that is, they should literally close all Burger King stores 100%. It seems that you believe that because you are a large and famous chain, a business that has been around for many years, you have the right and the power to have such people working with the public, serving them rudely and poorly. In other words, you should choose your staff much better, the people who represent your business, please.
