They don't cook the burgers long enough.. should be flame broiled.. and instead they get lazy and pull the patties off too quick.. double cheeseburgers used to be the best... disgusting

I usually place online orders and every other time there is a woman who will say the system is down. I know it's because she has an issue with language. I try to be understanding but today I gave her my other n she did not give me a large drink. Instead gave me a small. With the prices of everything now a days I am very upset things are not cheap and I work hard for my money. The lady said she didn't have lg cups n said she couldn't do anything to come back later and closed the window.

Of all the Burger King in Houston, this one has the slowest workers. I recommend not placing Doordash orders here because when the Driver arrives to pick up the order, they start making it. That happens to me every time I come here at any time. and in whatever shift that staff needs training. This has happened to me more than 5 times that I have come to this business.
